I really needed something for my littles that had a homelike feel and was close to the strip, but not the strip. I was grateful for the washer/dryer, fridge, coffee maker, and cleanliness as that is always needed.I do wish there were a few more blankets obviously available but did find one after we were packing up. Very clean! and I was able to access the property without having to deal with anyone! Would stay again!

Other than some hair around the floor space, the house was clean and comfortable. The location is great, with easy access to I-11 and major city streets. Gives a feel for the real Vegas.

Host let me know 20 min before check in that my room was double booked and that I couldn’t stay. I spent over two hours dealing with customer support and was unable to get another room.

It was nice little place with everything you ever need included. It did not have a windows but has cute outdoor area with table and chairs. I just kept door opened for a time and enjoyed light and place to eat and study outside. Internet had some periods of slow running but mostly it worked great.It was clean and neat. Love what they did with this little space and had some fancy features like a mirror in bathroom :). I would probably put some non-slip mat in tub and move curtain a little bit away from showering space, it was too close when you shower.This is very fair price, great spot and quick to respond and polite owners.

When attempting to check in owner canceled our stay 30 minutes after arrival. Booked someone else in the facility after I paid for this booking 4 months in advance. Owner never would call me after several requests.

Comfortable, quiet place

I really enjoyed my weekend here. It was so comfortable and peaceful and very clean. It's in an older east Las Vegas neighborhood, which I loved. Saturday night the neighbors had a party, but it was not loud at all...I barely heard a thing. Communication with my host was excellent. I would definitely (and probably will) book this little place again.

New Years stay

My stay was 2 days, on the 2nd day, housekeeping came into the unit with there code when i was in the shower. I contacted the owner, all that was offer was for me to check out with full refund for second day if I left by 1 pm. Mind you that was New Years Eve. Last minute to leave and find another dafe place to stay. House in front was also a rental, and they had a huge party cars blocked the back gate to grt in and out. Completely disappointed that staff just walked in as I was in tbe shower,.Unacceptable

Host was not good at communication.

The property was dark outside. I asked my Uber driver to wait because I had not received my check in instructions. I rang the doorbell and got no response. It was a doorbell with a camera but I still got no response. I talked to the next door neighbors and they had no info on how to contact the guy. I ended up having my Uber driver take me to a hotel. As it turned out, the instructions were in my Spam mail. I don't understand why this happened since all other mail was in my regular box. I would not recommend this property. I contacted the Host a day before about the check in info and he didn't send it until 2 hours prior. Needless to say, I'm paying for the entire reservation when I was not able to even check in.
