This rental includes two townhouses next to each other with a shared driveway and carport located in the popular Old Fourth Ward/midtown area. Walking distance to Ponce City Market, BeltLine, and even Piedmont Park. You'll also be within a couple miles of several additional local attractions including the Fox Theatre, the World of Coca-Cola, the Georgia Aquarium, Georgia Tech, MercedesBenz stadium where the falcons and Atlanta United play, Centennial Olympic Park, and the Atlanta Botanical Garden.
Both townhouses have an amazing roof top view of the city and views from every patio, 2 car garage in each home (4 parking spaces total) along with an additional 2 car outdoor but off street parking (4 total). So 8 free parking spots for you and your guests. You can’t go wrong with the amazing chef’s kitchens that are fully equipped with all the utensils and dishes needed to host you and your guests for plans in the city, corporate meetings, a special celebration, or a getaway for rest and relaxation. There is nothing quite like a nice evening taking in the sunset or sunrise and lounging on the rooftop. We hope to share our place as your home away from home.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The kitchens were well equipped with all the tools we needed for cooking meals and making cocktails. We had room to spread out and also enough parking for our group and family that stopped by to visit during our stay. Diana was very responsive to all questions. The checkin process was seamless. The beds were very comfortable.

Our work Team stayed in the units for a large conference in Atlanta! Location was amazing and the units were fantastic! Already looking at coming back to the Castle for the show next year!

Amazing Views

We had an awesome stay at both the Kingdom and Castle house for our surprise engagement/holiday party! The houses accommodate all of our family and friends. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Hands down this place is a hidden gem in Atlanta

We booked this property for a work event. It was great because each person got their own room and bathroom. The rooftop was AMAZING! We enjoyed the view and the ambiance. Each townhome had a different decor theme. One was more modern and the other more vintage. The communication with the hosts was timely and thorough! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again!

The Castle Stay Cation

Each and everyone of my guests enjoyed the stay here. Both Townhomes was beautifully decorated and clean. The roof top views was amazing .The property owner answered all of my questions very quickly. I would highly recommend you stay here. I forgot to mention. The beds are so comfortable. I felt well rested from my nights sleep

A Home of Class located centrally.

I had such a fantastic stay at this home! It was absolutely beautiful, with amazing views that made everything feel even more special. The amenities were top-notch, providing everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and fun visit—like a fully-equipped kitchen to whip up meals and cozy spots to relax in. Our host was super friendly and quick to respond, always ready to help with any questions I had and making sure I had everything I needed. The lovely decorations and personal touches really made my getaway unforgettable. While the location is in a transitioning area, it was still super easy to get to the city and explore. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

The convenience of this vacation home was perfect for our family group of 8. The elevators worked out great for a family member with some mobility limitations. Everyone agreed all the beds were very comfortable. We could choose from all kinds of spaces indoors or out for a quiet moment alone or being together as a group. The sitting area at the back just off the kitchen was perfect for morning coffee or end-of-the-day cocktails.The rooftops are very special and deliver great sunsets that turn into a dramatic nightime city skyline.

Very Nice Castle

So we rented this castle for and engagement celebration. It was a very nice place between the two house was a garage that connects them. The house ws spacious, but the parking was not. There were some desiganated spaces in the back of the house though. Both houses have elevators but, the elevator in the 631 house went out while we were there. Other than the elevator going out, they satu was a great one.

We loved it.

It was a great stay overall. We had a small issue with opening one of the doors and that took about 10 minutes to rectify. And one of the elevators didn’t work during our stay. The owner promptly sent us a video to reset the elevator, but we just decided to use the stairs for our trip. we got some steps in. That was a minor inconvenience, but nothing to spoil or visit.
