Small town with a quiet atmosphere. This inn is very spacious, with lots of caricature. Great for large groups such as family reunions or even perfect for just a special getaway for a couple. A large front porch with a comfortable porch swing as well as a patio furniture to have your breakfast, or a glass of wine at the end of the day after hiking the tall grass prairie preserve. This house is decorated with ranch motif, and lots of pictures on the walls from all of our dude ranch events. When you walk in and shut the door you leave all your worries behind.

We had the code to the front door well ahead of time and Teresa said to text her if there were any questions. The home was clean and spacious, and provided plenty of room.

So comfortable and peaceful

The house is lovely-wood floors and beautiful windows. The star is the large front porch which catches a breeze even when it was hot outside. The beds were super comfortable and we had a lovely stay.

Expectations exceeded!

From the curb appeal to the cleanliness and decor of this lovely place we were captivated. We were here for a wedding and it was perfect in every way! Location was close to everything, great amenities, large rooms..all was wonderful!!

Great Find!

Beautiful home, with so many lovely little details. Very large home, with more then enough for larger groups. Close to major highways, makes getting to anywhere a breeze.The house was well stocked with all the staples you might need. Would happily stay again!Thank You!

Cottonwood Falls Stay

Everything was great and a nice surprise was eggs and bacon in the refrigerator. There were plenty of places to sit. Water pressure was very good in both showers.
