This is a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment thats recently been updated. This 2nd floor apartment features a big living room, with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and bathroom. Bonus outdoor space where you can relaxed or cook on the grill.

Bedroom 1: A very comfy king size bed. 42in TV with Roku. Closet and dresser for cloth storage. a comfy sitting chair. Black-out curtains.

Bedroom 2: 2 comfy twin mattress. small TV/DVD with firestick. Closet and dresser for clothes storage. Chair.
Toys, playpen, queen size air mattress

Very big living room with seating for everyone. 1 large couch and love seat. Plus a comfy chair. Plenty of games for the whole family, and Coloring books. A 52 in smart tv to enjoy a movie.

A office with desk and chair. Printer with cables and paper.

The large dinning room has a table for 6 and room for more.
features a coffee & Wine bar to enjoy during your stay.

The apartment also has a private patio to enjoy time outside, cooking or relaxing.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal. Plenty of utensils, plates, and cups to enjoy an evening in. I do provide some seasonings and oil.

The bathroom comes fully stocked with towels, washclothe, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

This is a 2nd floor apartment and are stairs to enter.

This was a nice spacious place and a great value. Unfortunately it smelled of cigarette smoke. Our host was wonderful, very responsive and quick to accommodate our needs by providing a fan to air out the apartment after which it smelled a little better. Our guess is the downstairs resident is a smoker and it wafts up to the apartment. We especially like the disco lamp in the living room - a fun quirky touch!

This was a very charming property. Check in was easy. Kitchen had all the necessities, including coffee and hot tea (lifesaver). A nice balcony patio was an added plus. Property was very clean. We cannot wait to return!!

Clean, easy access, walking distance to downtown. Neighbors a bit loud but quieted down at night. Great find for my work trip. I’d stay again :)

While it wasn't the nicest place weve rented on VRBO, it was comfortable enough. Im suggesting new pillows. When I stripped the bedding, the sight of the pillows I had been sleeping on was a bit nauseating.

Perfect place to stay in Austin. Private and peaceful. Comy bed and a couch that is marshmallow soft. Everything you will need. Will definitely stay again when in town.

Communication from Angel was beyond amazing and she was so caring to inquire about coffee tea and any needs we had. She left a sweet note and a bottle of wine. This was a comfy stay and had all the amenities we needed for a great weekend!

Convenient and Comfy

We were in town to see old friends. The house was close to everything and had everything we needed. The stairs up to the unit were fairly steep if you have mobility issues, but were not a problem. The upper level deck was a cozy spot to have breakfast, grill, or have a beverage. It was a cozy, comfortable, welcoming spot.

Great 4th of July!

We were in the area to spend time with friends who moved to the area around the holiday weekend. Angel was so accommodating and communicative. She left us a bottle of wine (we didn’t end up drinking it) and a super sweet note. The apartment was cozy and comfortable.

In town for hockey. Just stayed for weekend. Loved convince of location. Home was cozy and easy communication with owner. Queen bed was super comfy. Full stock kitchen plus Angel grab us a bag of ice which she sure didn’t have to. She also picked up a charcoal grill before we came which was also an extra above and behond. Thanks Angel!

Cozy and warm

This is an upstairs apartment. The stairs are somewhat steep, but we are both in our 70’s and did just fine. Angel had a nice welcoming note for us, with a bottle of wine. The apartment had everything we needed, even an extra bedroom. The king bed was very comfortable. There was a fully stocked kitchen and even a nice dining room table. The living room had plenty of places to sit and the tvs worked just fine. After a cold day in Minnesota, we were very happy to come “home” to a warm, cozy place. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Angel.

This was my first experience with VRBO and am very disappointed with my stay. Ironically the host attempted to blame me for my complaint by stating I have been the only guest who complained of the cigarette smoke smell. The person below me smoked and each time he would supposedly go outside to smoke, I could smell the smoke as if he was in the next room. Speaking of the next room, the spare (the room w/two beds) smelled like an ashtray. The host has five air fresheners in the home, which tells me there is a known issue with how it smells (The smell, by the way, was stall and old). The host knew smoke came upstairs and failed to share that with me before I arrived. I smelled smoke as soon as I arrived and messaged the host. The ads clearly says, “no smoking on the premises,” which is why VRBO refunded me 200 for the first two days of my stay. Then the host refunded the majority of the remaining days excluding the fees and taxes which is why I gave 3 stars (I moved after 2 nights). I’m not sure how many of the previous guests who stayed, has done so in the winter while a smoker stayed on the premises. I advise anyone who is thinking of staying here during the winter to ask if the room below is being rented by a smoker. I am super sensitive to smoke, like inhaler sensitive, so please ask all the questions you need to have clarity. I didn’t think I needed to because it said non smoking, but I was disillusioned. I left the place cleaner than it was before I came regardless.
