DĂ©tendez-vous sur la terrasse avec une boisson et vos amis tout en regardant un coucher de soleil derriĂšre les montagnes et une vue sur le terrain de golf .. Ce rez-de-chaussĂ©e de luxe, trois condo d'une chambre est situĂ© dans la communautĂ© fermĂ©e de PGA West Ă  La Quinta, en Californie Il est situĂ© sur le cinquiĂšme trou du Jack Nicklaus Tournament Golf Course. Le condo est dĂ©taillĂ© avec des meubles design qui offre une atmosphĂšre Ă©lĂ©gante et dĂ©contractĂ©e. Il peut accueillir 6 adultes confortablement et dispose d'une chambre principale avec lit king size, une chambre d'hĂŽtes avec un lit queen et la troisiĂšme chambre a deux lits jumeaux. (Il y a un matelas simple et la reine supplĂ©mentaire dans le garage qui peut ĂȘtre amenĂ©s pour lits supplĂ©mentaires) Il y a deux salles de bains, ainsi que sa propre salle de lavage. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e pour prĂ©parer un dĂźner pour douze. Il y a 4 TV avec cĂąble, DSL Internet et appels longue distance.

Juste à l'extérieur de la porte d'entrée est la piscine et jacuzzi. Il y a un garage pour deux voitures avec notre voiturette de golf privé à se déplacer. Il y a six terrains de golf à PGA West - Stade, Nicklaus privé, Nicklaus Tournoi, Palmer privé, Weiskopf privé, et Greg Norman alors apprécient le défi. Il y a deux pavillons dans le complexe chacun avec un restaurant. Il y a aussi une salle de gym complÚte et 10 courts de tennis - dur, terre battue et d'herbe courts. 2 vélos sont également dans le garage pour vous d'utiliser.

A quelques minutes du terrain de golf Silver Rock Public, l'Eldorado Polo Club, l'Indian Wells Tennis Center et El Paseo quartier commerçant, ainsi que les villes de Palm Springs,
Rancho Mirage et Palm Desert offrant des centaines de restaurants et de boutiques de tous types. Profitez des événements annuels du tournoi de golf Classique Bob Hope Chrysler, BNP Paribas Open de tennis, Hits Horse Show, Coachella Music Festival et Stagecoach Country Music Festival- tous à dix minutes en voiture.

Exactly as described

The condo was clean, spacious and contained everything I needed from coffee to laundry soap to plenty of linens. The area is quiet with lots of space to bicycle (and bikes were available) and walk. Not far from groceries and event venues and restaurants. I felt very safe. The owner was very communicative and helpful. I'd rent again, no question.

FUN WEEKEND

We all had a great time. The condo had everything we needed. The golf courses on the property were in great shape. The pool just steps away was great too. The golf cart was fun to cruise around the property and explore. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again. THANK YOU

The owners were helpful and responsive! Answered questions almost immediately! Just a few suggestions for them
..de clutter the unit. Almost very closet and cabinet were full of “stuff”. Found it hard to find a spot for our own things. The garage was also full of “stuff”! Also, the linens need to be updated. Some were torn and tattered. Overall
the unit was great for our 5 weeks.

Great stay, very accurate description and amazing host

It's a spacious, fully stocked condo with a family vibe right in the middle of a golf course and 10ft. away from the pool. Specifically, Beth was incredibly hospitable and communicative. We recommend staying there to anyone visiting the Palm Spring/La Quinta area.

4th Getaway

The property was perfect for our group to be able to go to a friends home in Palm Golf Club. The only issues we had were that the WiFi would not work and some of the electrical outlets did not work, but over all was exactly what we needed.

Excellent all around!

Great property, great responsiveness, great location. The room is big , spacious and well laid out. You are on the #5 hole if the Stadium Course. Free use if bikes (4) and golf cart. Pool is steps from door, corner location. Owners were very easy to work with and very friendly. Could not have asked for more. Would definitely stay here again.

Birthday weekend!

It was a well welcome staycation and birthday getaway for our middle son. We all enjoyed the location, comfort and the blessed sound of quietness! We have enjoyed a break from the pandemic, virtual school, and homeschooling . We had all the comforts of home. The only thing we had to bring was food and personal items. I would recommend this place to friends and family!

Clean/good location

The condo is clean and in a nice location. Communication with host was prompt and check-in was simple and easy. The only negatives are the place is need of an upgrade and there can be quite a bit of noise from the upstairs unit.

Great location right by the community pool. Nice view of the golf course. Well equipped kitchen. We had a few issues during the month we were there and Beth and Eli could not have been more responsive and eager to either directly fix the problem or find an alternative solution. For example, the garage door would not open with our car inside it. I informed the owners at 10:00 on a Sunday morning and a repair person was there by noon. Problem solved. While this would not normally be mentioned in a review, we were there during the Coronavirus outbreak so life was different. The condo was incredibly well-stocked with paper products, including toilet paper. We normally would have replaced what we used but finding toilet paper, in particular, was an impossible task. I recommend this property.

2 Months of sunshine!

Upon arrival we were surprised to learn there was an upstairs apartment. One set of folks upstairs arrived late one Friday & left at 5:30 AM on Sat with great fanfare! We spoke to them Sat afternoon & they were very respectful upon departure on Sunday. The next renters were considerate & actually kept a similar activity level as us; no issues, just got use to people walking around above us. The owner addressed some issues regarding some extra cleaning. The linen closet is PACKED w/ extra quilts & pillows (owners have no limit on # of people in the unit, their prerogative), but there is little floor space as the unit is packed w/ furniture. The master bed could use some new linens, they were torn at the corners & the quilt had tears underneath) but the bed comfortable. The back patio is delightful & we enjoyed our AM coffee in comfort. The LR furniture was equally comfortable. Having the pool next door was great!

Very pleasant stay

A group of 4 golfers stayed at the condo, and found it to be very comfortable, well-located and equipped. We took advantage of the patio and BBQ to enjoy some outdoor dining and relaxation. The pool and hot tub is right next door, which was also well-used. We would certainly recommend staying here.

Butterfly Migration

Lovely east facing patio unit. Absolutely perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the warm morning sun. A wonderful treat to have butterflies migrating through the Coachella Valley during our stay. Each morning thousands of butterflies were migrating north down the 5th fairway of the Nicklaus Course. This unit has all the basics+ for a turnkey stay. No need to run to the store for a must need item.

Thanksgiving Week—Perfect Weather!

Beautiful weather. Nice condo and great view of the golf course. We had a pleasant stay but a few things keep it from a 5 star: 1. The WIFI didn’t work during our stay which was unfortunate especially for my four teenage children. 2. The advertised golf cart also didn’t work which my boys were looking forward to cruising around the neighborhood so they were a little bummed. 3. Upstairs neighbors got up before 7am each morning and would run back and forth and therefore due to the loud pounding it was difficult to sleep in. Besides that we enjoyed La Quinta during Thanksgiving Week with our family of six.

What a great family getaway!

Eli and Beth were very friendly and responded quickly to my emails. Condo is in nice community and the neighbors were very friendly wishing us a Happy New Year. Once we arrived, we unpacked and sat on the back patio enjoying the view and serenity. We were 3 households (6 adults, 2 children and an old dog.) The place was perfect for our family. We made most of our meals and found the kitchen was well equipped with what we needed for preparations. House is very clean and well maintained. Overall, our stay was very relaxing and exceeded all of our expectations. We'd recommend it for anyone looking for a great place to stay in La Quinta.

We are a couple who have been married for over 45 years and live in Santa Barbara, CA. Even though we live in a beautiful place, we always loved getting away from the ocean and going to the desert to enjoy golf, tennis and other recreational activities. In 2004 we decided to buy this 3 bedroom condo so we could go there with our kids and hopefully eventually grandchildren and also have a desirable location for rental income while we are busy working.

Our unique features which make our place special are bikes, pool and jacuzzi right outside the door, comfortable furniture, 4 TV's with cable and wifi. Safe gated community and close to so many events and beautiful view of the golf course.
