Amazing house

We had an amazing stay! There was everything we needed and the house is stunning! The hot tub room was amazing and so well thought out with robes, flip flops, plastic glasses etc and the house was well equipped for everything! Cosy beds and lots of space for everyone!!

Hot Tub Heaven

Really enjoyed our stay in this Historic House. It is very well appointed. The younger members of the family really enjoyed the hot tub, perfect to relax in after a busy day sight seeing.

Beautiful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Longfield House. Tina was very communicative before & during our stay. The house was very well equipped and had everything we needed. It was easy to find. Would highly recommend.

The house is an historic house with lots of charm, really low doors, but its been really well modernised inside. A well laid out kitchen, our host left us plenty of coffee pods and a lovely fruit basket which was very nice.The bedrooms were all a good size and perfectly suited our large group size, we ended up with 8. Its in a traffic island, sounds strange but you wouldn't know it. The location was perfect for all the amenities you could want. And only a 10 min walk to the station. We took a return to Bath for the day. It was ideal.The hot tub was just terrific. Its inside its own building within a secluded wall garden. Really clean , warm well stocked with dressing gowns and flip flops, a nice touch. We didn't use the patio furniture but it was a nice little spot.All in all the house was perfect for us, accurately described and good value.

We had a lovely stay at this house. One thing to mention, the house is situated in the middle of a busy traffic island, it is set back but when sitting outside you can hear the traffic! The lounge was very comfortable as was the dining room and kitchen well equips. We did have to clean the dishwasher filter!!!Hot tub was a nice added bonus, although there were only five towels and four robes and there was six of us staying!There are three storeys to this house, two bedrooms are on the top storey up quite steep stairs. The bedroom on the first floor at the back of the house, you couldn’t open the window and although there was a fan it was really noisy so the room was very hot.Not all the welcome pack was there when we arrived but we messaged host and extra bits were delivered.

Fab property and experience

We stayed at this property for a Hen Party. There were 9 of us in total and we all had a fabulous time. The pictures and desciption were super accurate, the host was brillaint and attentive replying to messages in a timely manner. Information booklet supplied by the host was informative and well written.The garden makes a fabulous backdrop for photos and the wether for us was perfect meaning we could sit outside for all our meals.The outdoor facilites were a dab extra - BBQ and Pizza oven.Even though thr property is situation within a large busy roundabout, sitting outside in the garden you could hear only minimal traffic noises.Host supplied us with fans to help us keep cool as well

No contact from host when messaged.They forgot to send the entry code on the day of check in. Despite ringing and leaving numerous messges throughout the day, we had no response so we were unable to access the property.We turned up at the property hoping for some communication only to find it in a poor state of repair and the outside did not reflect the pictures in advert.We had our booking cancelled by Vrbo who were unable to make conact with the host either. Were then offered other accommodation options which would of cost us more money. We declined and fortunately managed to book something else ourselves whilst travelling down.Overall, this made it a very stressful day. Will not use Vrbo again.
