Enjoy morning coffee or a bbq on your lovely wooden deck. Enter into the first floor with wonderful cathedral ceilings, the primary bedroom, kitchen, laundry room, dining room, and en-suite primary bathroom on the first floor. The first floor also has a half bathroom for your guests. The dining table opens for 6 to 8 persons, and we have service for 6. Progress down the stairs into a wonderful space comprised of two bedrooms, tv area, with one Jack & Jill bathroom. Enjoy double sinks in the primary bathroom and the second lower bathroom. Enjoy the TV/office space on the lower level with lots of windows and natural light. We tried to think of everything that we would enjoy and hope you will also enjoy. We have furnish the townhome with love and care. Everything is light, bright and newer. This is a wonderful townhome community and a perfect location tucked away. You will hear the birds chirping and singing every day. You can walk or bike to the farmers market every Saturday morning when the market is open @ UNC. We have an amazing location five minutes to UNC and five minutes to downtown Asheville. We are located in an eclectic, vintage, Historic neighborhood. The median home price is about $500k..plus and we are Montfort adjacent. Walk all around the neighborhood and up the hill for a lovely, loop walk. You can walk the trails down to the University of Asheville and have a ball. We are next to the Weaver Pickle-ball, B-ball, playground and tennis Park. We are also close to the Reed Creek Greenway and botanical gardens. Our community has lovely professional residents and retired folks. Asheville is full of over 150 local delectable restaurants, lovely rafting rides, waterfalls to hike, close to skiing (about 1 hour away) and beautiful hiking areas. You will enjoy having your own one car garage. There is parking additionally, on the street and right in front of the one car garage. Guest access You may access by a smart lock Other things to note We will bill you monthly for the electric and the water/Garbage/sewer bill. Oh, trash is every Tuesday and recycling is every other week.
