The space
Welcome to your lakeside retreat! With a great location and just 22 steps from the house to the dock, you can spend your days and nights enjoying the water and the views. This home is located at the 3MM in a quiet, deep water cove and has been completely renovated, ready to welcome you.

When you enter, you are on the (top) bedroom level. The primary suite is straight ahead and features a king size bed, T.V. , a deck overlooking the lake, and an ensuite bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower. All bathrooms come equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and hair dryers.

The 2nd bedroom boasts a queen size bed and a deck overlooking the lake while the 3rd bedroom hosts a king size bed. The hall bathroom has a tub-shower combo in case any little ones tag along. The 3rd full bathroom is on the lower (main) level and is equipped with a shower stall.

The main (lower) level features an open floor plan with a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that look out onto the deck and beautiful lake. Enjoy your BBQ dinner (grill provided) while still enjoying the view, away from all the bugs, in the screened in porch. The meals are easy to prepare in the fully equipped kitchen and morning coffee is a breeze with a Starbucks coffee bar (drip and Keurig pods). Just off the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer dryer, laundry pods and dryer sheets for guests. The kitchen pantry is stocked with board games & coloring books to pass the time on rainy days and when the sun comes out, it's time to really have some fun. Head down to the dock and enjoy the beautiful, quiet cove. Inflatable kayak, fishing poles, and lounge chairs provided.
If you decide to rent or bring your own boat, there is a boat launch at Wheelhouse marina about 3 min. drive and you can tie the boat up on the side of the dock. ***Use of the owners boat and sea-doos is strictly prohibited***

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home with the exception of owners closet, the boat and sea-doos.

Guests will be expected to remove their garbage from the home upon checkout. The trash collection cans are at the top of the driveway hill and garbage bags will need to be deposited there on your way out.
