We are currently remodeling the other unit so there could be some movement including some workers but we will be courteous of the hour of day.

- We apologize but NO PETS are allowed at this property. If there are any unauthorized pets at the home, you agree to pay a $500 fee + any additional cleaning fees. (Double original cleaning fee.) This is primarily due to the fact that many guests have pet allergies and this is multifamily property, and if a guest does bring a pet, it takes additional cleaning and could impact future stays.

✔️⏰ No earlier/later check-in/out: although we try to always accommodate our guests requests, we will not be able to guarantee any flexibility of check-in/out times other than the ones already established in our house rules. (Check-in at 4:00 PM; Check-out at 11:00 AM.) No exceptions. We have to respect the schedule of our cleaning crew and how it impacts our other guests.

- Quiet hours: after 10:00 PM

- Maximum occupancy is 3

- No parties are allowed or large gatherings (AZ House Bill 2672). Fines could be imposed on traveling guests.
- Fine for large gatherings or parties (anything reported by neighbors or other guests) = $500 fine.

- This is monitored via a Ring doorbell camera on the property.

- We have provided all you need to cook in the unit. If you open any windows, please make sure to close them after.

- Please have accurate amount of guests staying in the unit and abide by max occupancy.

☕ We provide a `Starter Pack` of toilet paper and paper towels. For longer stays (3 or more days), please expect a possibility of supplementing these items on your own.

❌ By booking this Airbnb, you agree that at any time a house rule is broken, the reservation is forfeited and there is no refund.

- There is a mini-split AC in the bedroom and a portable AC for the kitchen to help with the hot AZ heat. There is also a portable heater if needed .
