Modern 3 bedroom house in Reykjavik area.
Our apartment is located in a nice neighborhood in Kópavogur, only 2,7 km from Sky Lagoon. Grocery stores and local bakeries Brikk and Brauð & Co are close by. Swimming pool Kópavogslaug is also not far.
Reykjavik downtown is only 5 km drive away.
Our house is on two floors, you enter the house on the ground floor, there we have a fully loaded kitchen with everything you need, bathroom, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, spacious living where you can enter our wooden patio and garden where we have a very nice Hot Tub to relax in. On the upper floor we have a TV Room, spacious bathroom with shower, Three bedrooms, Master bedroom with King Size bed (180x200cm) , second bedroom has Double beds (140x200cm) and also single bed (90x200cm) and third bedroom has Double bed (140x200cm). In the TV room we have a nice sleeping sofa that turns into a double bed (140x200cm).
We have a baby crib and high chair for your children.
We provide linen, towels and soap etc.
We manage over 100 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also few outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik. We also offer long term renting.
