Location, location, location! How do ocean views & a short walk out to Crescent Beach sound? We think it sounds pretty amazing too. Our two units are as close as you can get to the Atlantic without getting wet! The secure building has lots of water fun too- 2 lazy rivers & 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, a baby pool, and an indoor heated pool. **THIS IS A COMBO OF TWO UNITS NEXT DOOR TO EACH OTHER (3 BED/3BATH & 2 BED/2BATH). THERE IS NO INSIDE DOORWAY. EACH UNIT ACCESSIBLE BY FRONT DOOR ONLY. ** Perfect for the family or friends that need some room, but want to be together!!

Welcome to our cozy beach condo hosted by a retired widow with a heartwarming story! After 32 years of being an army wife, Lillian purchased these two beautiful seaside retreats. Nestled in the heart of a lively beach community, her condos offer the perfect getaway for guests seeking sun, surf, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Her genuine care and attention to detail are apparent in every aspect of this condo, making it a true home away from home. Two separate units, side by side (3 BR/3 BATH & 2BR/2BATH) Perfect for the family that wants to be together but need their space. Thes two units DO NOT have an interior door connecting them, but they are only 15 steps apart!

North Myrtle Beach is a dream destination for vacationers and a perfect place for all ages to have fun. NMB is known for its world-class golf courses. It's one of the things that keep golf enthusiasts coming back. There are a plethora of golf courses (and even golf stores) in North Myrtle Beach, some of which have hosted the PGA Tour events such as the North Myrtle Beach Golf Course. Its picturesque sand dunes and signature Par 3 #9th hole, it's the perfect golf course to show off your golfing skills. Why not spend your day practicing your swing and enjoying the warm weather? North Myrtle Beach has plenty of restaurants to satisfy every taste. Crescent Keyes Condo is located on Crescent Beach in North Myrtle Beach. The closest airport is Myrtle Beach International Airport, just a quick 30 minute drive. Most guests arrive in a personal vehicle but rideshare services and taxis are available.
There are many businesses available by walking, close by--within one-half mile to a mile. We are on a local bus line on Ocean Blvd. Public bus transportation, taxis, and Uber are available.
Free Parking is provided in our garage for up to two vehicles. The condo has inside parking on the floors below the living quarters. Parking in our garage is limited during high season and is always RESTRICTED TO VEHICLES UNDER 6 FEET 8 INCHES. Any vehicles taller than that will damage the ceiling sprinkler system. Owners of Vehicles damaging the system will be responsible for repairs. The building has a surveillance system.
No garage parking is allowed for motorcycles, mopeds, or golf carts. There is a paid $2.00 an hr. daytime public parking lot across the street and in many more places, particularly near public passages to the beach. There is no overnight street or public parking lot parking in NMB.
