This property fit our needs exactly! It spaciously accommodated our group of 4 adults, the property was private, quiet and clean; and it is extremely close to a Metro stop. We utilized the convenience store in the basement and the nearby Whole Foods to prepare many meals and we also walked to nearby restaurants. Would stay here again without hesitation!

Great Location

We stayed here for a family vacation to DC. We would 100% stay again, apartment was clean, well kept, and everyone had plenty of space! Metro lines very close by, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping as well.

Great location!

Stayed here with my grandkids for spring break. Very roomy apartment with everything you need. One block from the metro made getting around the DC area so easy. Walking distance to restaurants. Convenience store in the basement of the building was really handy. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling with kids.

The pictures are very accurate. The condo was clean, easy to access, and plenty of space for us, our two kids, and their 2 best friends. A quick walk to the metro allowed us to leave our vehicle parked the entire visit! Walking distance to a Whole Foods also helped with hungry teenagers! The hosts responded quickly, and were so kind. Toiletries, towels, and kitchen items you always forget were supplied and everything was so clean! We all enjoyed our stay!

Apartment was nice and clean, close to the metro getting you into DC in about 10 minutes. Parking was free for one vehicle and we never had an issue finding a spot.

Family friendly and convenient

We stayed here with our young kids and the property met our needs perfectly. The property manager was responsive to requests or questions during our stay, and everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has utensils (even kid friendly ones) as well as pots and pans, but does not have any basic cooking ingredients like oil or salt but not a big deal. The unit even came with a high chair as well as pack and play. Would definitely recommend and return in the future!

Apartment is very nicely appointed, nice rooms and plenty of light, but I found the furnishings not very functional or comfortable. Beds were great, but sitting area sofa, etc. was not. Not enough comfortable seating for even a small group. The kitchen had zero supplies of any kind - no salt/pepper shakers, napkins, foil or plastic wrap, cooking oil or other essentials, sugar, teabags, tissue, etc. Perhaps this was intentional.

Waited 10 minutes to get hot water to bathrooms...the bathtub would not drain. The door to the unit was almost impossible to open...not the lock. Would probably go back because of the location. Might have been nice to know that the bunk beds were designed for children, not a 6' 15 year old!

Wanted to Stay Longer!

The property is beautiful, clean, and conveniently located to the metro and other spots. The Crystal City metro stop is very close to the sights in DC, while also being in a quieter area. Our host provided nice extras like shower gel, dishwashing pods, and laundry soap. The beds and pillows were comfy. Our host was very clear and communicative. Not only is the unit so nice, the whole complex is also very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and would love to stay here again in the future.

lovely apt w a few issues...

Lovely apt with 2 issues: the 3rd bedroom is really an alcove with a curtain and there was a strong smell of cat that gave two of us allergies. Aside from those problems, it is a beautiful and well appointed apt.
