The space
Welcome to our waterfront oasis in Chesterfield Township! This cozy and charming space is situated right on the canal, offering you picturesque glimpses of the tranquil lake waters. For those looking to make the most of this splendid location, we even offer one boat slip and a second boat space along the seawall, ensuring that your aquatic adventures are just a step away. There are boat launches in either direction with an easy shot if you prefer that. Or just take in the lake breeze!

We specialize in boaters and fisherman, but we also host couples on getaway, business people in town for work, and families for a gathering. If you’ve got babies, we’ve got toys and children’s baths and cradles and pack and plays!

Enjoy the lounge chairs around a beautiful bonfire as you relax under the stars.

If you’d like to work out, the second garage by the water front opens right up with two exercise bikes and an ab workout machine. A few free weights and rubberized bands can keep you in shape.

The interior boasts a harmonious blend of classic charm and contemporary amenities. Sink into plush furnishings in the living room, where you can relax after a day of exploring the area. You’ll have the home to yourself. One of the boat slips is available and comes with your stay, so does the second boat space along the seawall. The owners retain the basement level for maintenance and storage, and occasionally they’ll be on site enjoying the property and the boat slips. Feel free to make yourself at home. Please enjoy but no pets or smoking allowed. Please only drive on the straight driveway and not on the grass. Please keep the temperature around 67°. Please turn out the lights when you go out. Thank you so much!
