Our only complaint is the shower head in the master bathroom. It has VERY low water pressure and took forever to wash hair. We had an AC issue the first night and maintenance was there super fast. Very clean and wonderful property. If you travel in November, word of warning: thee are burrs everywhere on the property. We would track them in on our shoes and they would be found by bare feet later This impacted our poor pup who couldn’t go on any grass to potty because they would get stuck in her feet. This isn’t the property’s fault but something to be mindful of.

We had a great time. The place is super cute and very close to the beach, we had a small miscommunication about the golf carts but they got in contact with us very fast and cleared that up. We would definitely stay there again. It was also pet friendly

Disappointing Stay with Poor Communication

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to several unresolved issues. There was a large stain on the master bedroom comforter — especially unacceptable considering the high price we paid. The water pressure in both bathrooms was very low, and one of the guest beds appeared broken or improperly assembled. We reached out through the Vrbo app and email but received no reply, which added to our frustration. For the amount of money charged, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, communication, and basic maintenance. We would not recommend staying here.

Good value

Can’t beat the location and the nice boardwalk to beach. This unit was recently remodeled and very nice inside. Exterior of units very dated. Only negative was the living room carpet was filthy - pee stains and what very possibly was a poop stain. Overall, very good value.

Updates but needs a deep clean and more essentials

Communication is with a management company so depending on who is working you may get a friendly helpful response or the opposite. The sofa beds need a deep clean and the sheets are rough and pillows pretty flat and used. The beds were comfortable, but there was a lack of knives and serving spoons. It also would be nice if beach chairs and towels were provided, but we knew they weren't in advance. Price was right, but not sure if we will stay here again or not.b

Great host

Third time renting a property thru this management group. The unit itself was very well kept. Events arose during our stay that were beyond the control of the property owner/management. Life in Paradise went over and above to make sure our needs were met. We very much appreciate their assistance and will definitely rent from them again

El Cortez stay

Our first stay in Port Aransas , pretty crowded over Memorial Day weekend. Yet this neighborhood compensates with quiet surroundings/ pool and a good distance to the beach front. Property is brand new renovated and almost everything you need to make comfortable.
