Brand new modern townhome located in Crested Butte, minutes from the ski resort, and hiking/biking trails right outside our doorstep. Inside this home you will enjoy 360' mountain and valley views, an abundance of natural light, and a modern space with professional interior design. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom comfortably sleeps 5. Oversized heated garage to securely store ski, mountain bike, and outdoor gear as well as park car during snow season. Great upgrade during winter weather. We have a brand new pickleball court in our neighborhood. a 5 minute bike ride from the house. Ask us for the code for the gate!

Huge selection of board games for cozy game nights in.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The beds were comfortable, everything was spotless, and the kitchen was well stocked. There were beautiful mountain views from every window. The hosts were also very accommodating when it came to our dog with blankets and bowls for us to use. We would definitely stay here again!

The townhouse was perfect for our Crested Butte stay. It was really close to town but in a quiet neighborhood. All the neighbors were really friendly. The place was nicely decorated and comfortable. We loved the views and the outside seating.

Lovely stay in special place

Wonderful accomodation- quiet and cozy. Well equipped kitchen, nice views of the Butte and surrounding mountains. The heated garage was a nice bonus- easy to pack for a day of cross country skiing or snowshoeing when you are not freezing your fingers off.

Modern Mountain Stay in cute neighborhood

We’d never stayed in this neighborhood before but absolutely loved it! Everyone was so nice that lived there and you’re so close to downtown. The home was very well decorated and super cozy. Everything was very clean and had great amenities. The neighborhood is growing so there is construction but we loved the location over all.

Wonderful place

This lovely townhouse is well stocked (especially the kitchen!) and we really appreciated the heated garage. There are some nice views of the mountains from the windows and balcony. The owner was very responsive - great communication and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Great appliances . Even had a record player w records. Wish we would have stayed long enough to use the kitchen . Bedrooms were on small size but great living area & deck to hang out on ! Perfect for 4 for short term !

Beautiful home!

Wonderful stay at a clean and well stocked home. Was great to have a fully functioning kitchen, comfortable beds, short drive from downtown CB and easy access to trails. Incredible nearby tennis/pickleball courts with out of this world mountain views. Only downside was the construction noise coming from next door, however our son loved watching their progress. I suspect this project will be complete very soon, which will make this home just perfect. Hope to stay here again next year!

Immaculate home in great location

We had a wonderful stay here. The home is new, clean, and very tastefully decorated. We loved all the small touches and the art on the walls. The home is also stocked with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. It was also really nice to have the garage space for a place to set down our gear and keep the place clean. The location is just about 10 minutes or less from town and was very convenient and easy to get to. There were beautiful views from the windows and the balcony. The host was quick to respond and great to work with. We would absolutely stay hear again.

Perfect Winter Getaway

The property is perfect for a small family looking for winter getaway in Crested Butte, CO. The neighborhood is brand new and you have easy access to Mt. Crested Butte for skiing, hiking, and other winter activities. My wife and I over prepared and brought a little of everything just in case, but you have every essential kitchen and bath item you might think of, and those items were of better quality then I typically purchase regularly for myself. It was great having entertainment options including children’s books, board games, and television options in all the living areas. So I can tell the host has exceptional attention to detail, so if you have a busy family, you have a retreat with every comfort to come back with everything to make your stay easy.

Convenient location

Layout was fine, the king size bed was not very comfortable. I washed the sheets again because I felt they were not washed well. My husband swiffered the floors and went through 7 pads completely black with dirt. Furniture was comfortable.

I'm so sorry! Just to ease any concerns, everything in the townhouse is brand new including Dream mattresses and deluxe linens and receives a full deep clean prior to arrival.

Beautiful and brand new

The townhouse was pretty much brand new. So new that the neighborhood is still being built out around it. The construction going on around the house and the inability to use a newly repaired driveway were the only minor inconveniences. Both of those are of course only temporary. Overall, the house was stocked incredibly well, everything was clean and comfortable, and it was only about a 5-10 minute drive to town. Messages with the host were also answered quickly. Would definitely stay again!
