This is an absolutely beautiful apartment in downtown Utica. It was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet at night. The host was responsive, helpful and patient with a group of seniors navigating the electronic lock. We’ll definitely stay again if we are in the area.Local tip- a few doors down is a coffee shop with the best coffee we’ve had this entire trip!

Incredible space. It's much larger than it looks, almost like two apartments. High end finishings. Walkable to plenty of places to eat and drink. Easy parking.

The loft was ideal for our stay. Walking distance to restaurants. Not knowing area and parking situation ahead of check-in makes one have to stay street alert at night. Interior was as described. Kitchen and baths had all needed items. We did purchase paper towels and tissues. Got to love weather changes when traveling.Our issue with electronic lock was solved with a quick, promptly answered phone call and instructions from host.We would definitely look for and stay at the loft for future trips to New York!

Very comfortable and large apt in Utica. The area has a walkable coffee shop nearby and easy to get to restaurants. This is our 2nd time staying here and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time.

This loft is a hidden gem! Worth twice what we paid. Very clean and spacious with everything you need including delicious pizza and coffee steps away. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The loft apartment was exceptional. The amenities were perfect. I would only request that paper towels and tissues be part of the package, but overall, this was an ideal place to stay for me and my friend while in Utica.

We had a great stay at this super spacious 2-bedroom in Utica! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the layout made it feel even bigger than expected.The location was convenient for everything we needed, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything for a comfortable stay.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Utica area!
