Incredible space. It's much larger than it looks, almost like two apartments. High end finishings. Walkable to plenty of places to eat and drink. Easy parking.

Very comfortable and large apt in Utica. The area has a walkable coffee shop nearby and easy to get to restaurants. This is our 2nd time staying here and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time.

This loft is a hidden gem! Worth twice what we paid. Very clean and spacious with everything you need including delicious pizza and coffee steps away. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The loft apartment was exceptional. The amenities were perfect. I would only request that paper towels and tissues be part of the package, but overall, this was an ideal place to stay for me and my friend while in Utica.

We had a great stay at this super spacious 2-bedroom in Utica! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the layout made it feel even bigger than expected.The location was convenient for everything we needed, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything for a comfortable stay.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Utica area!

Great home. Comfortable beds, lots of space, easy layout. Appreciated the full kitchen, washer and dryer, and two full bathrooms. The home is clean and well taken care of. The coffee shop next door was a plus as well as a few restaurants that are walkable. Will stay again.

A lovely space!

My family came to Utica for my grandson's Hamilton College graduation. We loved the loft, so comfy, clean and beautiful. Nina's Pizza downstairs was convenient for quick suppers. I highly recommend the loft (it does have fairly steep stairs leading up to it, but they are carpeted and have a good hand rail). The host was very responsive as well, immediately unlocking the loft door with her smartphone when we inadvertently locked ourselves out when we first arrived.
