Magnolia Village Retreat Walkable 2 Bedroom Home

Welcome to our brand-new 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home located in the peaceful Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle. The King and Queen bedrooms both have on suite bathrooms.
There's a fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, and the outdoor space has a BBQ and a fire pit, creating the perfect setting for al fresco dining or cozy evenings under the stars.

- 5 min to the Cruise terminal
- 4 min to Discovery Park
- 10 min to downtown Seattle
- 20 min to Lumen Field.

Our home has mini-splits throughout the home, providing heat and A/C. There are plenty of pillows and blankets in each room.
The Master bedroom has a King Helix Hybrid mattress, with a full bathroom attached.
The second bedroom has a Queen Helix Hybrid mattress, with a full bathroom.
The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area provides a spacious area to relax and stream anything to our TV.
Our amenities include 800mb/s wifi, separate workspace, kids toys and eating utensils, baby gates, pack n play, washer/dryer, coffee station with coffee and creamers provided.

This is a very nice property. What we really like:The air conditioning works great. The beds and linens are really nice. The location is tremendous. The huge park across the street. The swimming pool a block away.

Cute and Cozy in Magnolia

My husband and I stayed here while our house was being worked on. It's pet friendly and our pup loved the big grass field right outside the front door.I really loved that the owner didn't ask us to do a bunch of cleaning tasks before check out. He was also easy to reach when we ran into issues.The only negative was there was a pan still in the oven when we arrived and the trash had been tipped over outside.I will also note that this house is not located on a main street so getting deliveries could be a challenge. It is within walking distance to some excellent restaurants and shops so this didn't impact our stay at all. We'd definitely recommend!

Returned to Magnolia Retreat for a second stay - and plan to come back in October. Ryker is a great host and communicator. We loved the house and the location.

Happy to return to this lovely house

The house is lovely and peaceful with all the facilities we needed for our two week stay. Ryker was very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Magnolia surprise

We were surprised to find out we were there for the festival! Great fun. This is the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at, and we’ve booked it for next summer too. Everything was excellent, including the beds. All the stuff we needed was provided.

Beautiful place

Location is great and the place looks brand new. Very very quiet and the beds were wonderful. Its a bit hard to find the first time BUT the host did a great job providing directions. Host was great with timely communication. It was a great stay.

Perfect in every way!

Open concept home with style! Enjoyed our walk into town every morning for coffee & scone and then back through the quaint neighborhood to the house. The huge grass area across from the house was a bonus to enjoy the beautiful scenery. We enjoyed a family wedding at the Admirals house overlooking the Seattle skyline and waterways...everything was close and accessible. Thank you and would love to come back again!
