Girls weekend

My best friend and I came to Chicago for a girls weekend and this was the perfect place for us to come back to at night. Super close to the metra stop which made it even better!

A week in Illinois

We needed a place quick and this was available and the most reasonable. We didn't realize that it was a hotel but made it work. Not sure if I would stay again

This property does not disclose that they are an extended stay hotel. The accommodations are poor, the neighborhood is sketchy and we felt unsafe and were worried about bedbugs. VRBO needs to do a better job vetting. We actually only stayed one night out of the fou.

Extended stay hotel, not a house

This is on me, but I didn't realize this was a hotel, and it wasn't the nicest. I use VRBO to stay at houses not hotels If this was a nice hotel I would be ok with it, but dated and run down

It was a nice place. It did look like a condo or apartment complex which was very nice. I received lots of compliments about that and I, myself, also felt it looked like a nice condo complex. The only draw was the washers didn’t work well. Not only did they seem to skip a cycle (clothes were still soapy) but, they were still soaked. They had to be washed out when I got home.

Horrible, Do Not Go

First of all the people that are presenting this listing make it seem like this listing is an apartment but it’s an extended stay hotel. It’s in the hood, and when you pull up there are broken down cars and people hanging out,and it does not look safe. The pictures of the rooms make you think it’s warm and inviting but it’s damp and cold, if you have allergies you can’t stay because it’s unhealthy. The smell is horrible and the bath tub was dirty. They charge you a 100 deposit for incidentals plus the girl at the front desk took an extra 20 for parking and did not tell me and when I brought it to her attention she lied and swore she didn’t take 20 but when I showed her proof she said it was for parking, which is ridiculous to me, where else would you park but in the hotel lot. How dare they charge you for that, you can’t pull over on the highway and park there or the lot across the street from the hotel, then I complained and asked for a refund the front desk clerk told me I had 10 minutes to decide if I wanted a refund so I went to the room and came back out and told her what was wrong with the room and i demanded a refund, she told me she would get me the contact info to request the refund and she messed around up there while I’m waiting for the phone number and asking several times to give me the contact info, then she told me my ten minutes was up so I wouldn’t be getting a refund, anyway it was a horrible experience so I demanded a refund and I left.
