Villa d'Oliva is a secluded 18-acre gated estate, accessed by a long winding driveway bordered with olive trees, The property is equidistant between the wine areas of Napa Valley, Sonoma, Healdsburg and the Russian River.
The luxurious villa has five bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, swimming pool with 360° views, spa, outdoor kitchen and covered loggias with eating and sitting areas. The upstairs game room has a pool table, shuffleboard, bar and outdoor balconies with panoramic views.

Max vehicles permitted on site = 3. No offsite parking permitted.
Max Occupancy: 12 persons, not including persons under 3.
