A dining table for 8 is in the kitchen. The kitchen is complete with all the tools you will need for cooking and eating at home. Basic kitchen ingredients such as salt, pepper, and olive oil are available for your use. A dishwasher is available for use at your convenience.

Coffee will be provided for you to make with either a single K cup or a full pot.

Prepare to enhance your experience with an array of entertainment choices. Relax with a casual game and challenge your competitive spirit with foosball or hone your aim with the indoor basketball set. But the enjoyment doesn`t end here—enjoy a selection of board games and mini-golf that are available to you throughout your stay. Indulge in the perfect start to your day as you sip your morning coffee on our inviting outdoor patio, complete with easy access to the private heated pool. Whether you`re a barbecue aficionado or a hot tub enthusiast, we have everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Fire up the grill and relish a delectable BBQ feast right in our backyard, conveniently located near the pool. For those looking for a touch of fun and friendly competition, our property boasts a charming mini-golf course where you can enjoy quality time with your family.

**Please note that there is a heated pool fee of $50 per day for stays from October to May. Also, the hot tub is not available during the summer months (June to September).**

★ Bedrooms ★
Indulge in the tranquility of your private haven within each of the four bedrooms, where you`ll find a smart TV and ensuite bathroom awaiting your arrival. Sink into the luxurious embrace of premium bedding, promising a peaceful and revitalizing night`s rest.

★ Bathrooms ★
In each of the 3 bathrooms, you`ll find a shower and toilet for your convenience. There’s a tub in the master bath and an additional powder bathroom in the living area. We`ve thoughtfully provided essential amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and a blow dryer to enhance your stay. Additionally, black makeup towels are available, ensuring your comfort with 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 black makeup towel per guest.

**Please note that the master bath tub is currently out of order and unavailable for use.**

★ Washer/Dryer ★
Available for you to use at any point during your stay. Detergent is provided.

★ PARKING ★
You`ll have your reserved parking area with space for up to five vehicles and/or RV. Street parking is also available.

★ PETS ★
We allow up to 2 pets with an additional $100 pet fee to cover extra cleaning. For more than 2 dogs, please inform us in advance; as an extra fee of $50 per dog will apply.

★ HEATED POOL ★

**The pool heater is available from October to May, with an additional fee of $50 per day for heating.**

★ CANCELLATION ★
Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 5% deduction to cover processing fees.

★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.

NOTE:
Refunds won`t be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.

- Enjoy our smoke-free environment, indoors and on the patio.
- Let us know about additional guests so we can prepare accordingly.
- Pet lovers, we welcome up to 2 furry friends for an additional $100! If you`re bringing more than 2 dogs, just let us know—there`s an extra $50 per pet.
- Help us maintain our beautiful space by promptly reporting any accidental damages.
- Please respect the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere, especially between 9 PM and 7 AM. Violations may lead to the termination of your reservation.
- Regular mail delivery isn`t available at this property due to locked mailboxes. You`re welcome to have packages (including Amazon) delivered during your stay, but please note that we`re not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.
- Please keep doors closed: Refunds won`t be provided for bug sightings inside or outside the property, as this is common in Arizona due to seasonal bug activity.
