Cozy little cottage

This is a 897 Sq. foot home that we have transformed into quaint little cottage. This unique home is a 2 bedroom 1 bath filled with beautiful furniture and colorful art. The kitchen is adequate, designed and setup by a chef equipped with everything you’ll need!! This house has all the modern conveniences, with a touch of old world class. The house has 2 King beds but an optional queen air mattress for additional sleepers. The house also has a budding garden started in the back and an outdoor kitchen equipped with a bbq grill and griddle. Newley installed ADT security system and large security light above the property for added security

Our stay ay the Cozy Little cottage was awesome. Check in was very easy as well as checkout. The kitchen had so many amenities as well as the bathroom. It had a beautiful backyard and a very nice little porch on the back with a nice grill. The beds were very comfortable and the place was so quaint. We would definitely stay there again.

They were the most amazing hosts. Their property is so adorable and cute. The house has any amenity you can think of and anything you might need. They have thought of everything. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to our kids going to Harding.

Cozy house with lots of amenities and close to Harding campus and lots of eating

Cute house!, Beds were large and comfortable, large backyard. Owner was kind and accommodating. Pet friendly was a plus! We will be back!

It has a very convenient location to everything. It has a very homey atmosphere, has a fenced backyard with a nice deck and grill. I really enjoyed my stay.

Cozy, relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the home. It has a lot of gatchets/tools in the kitchen, so our next stay we will be prepared to do more cooking like we are at home.

Feels like home away from home!

We went over prepared because you never know what you are gonna have or not gonna have when you stay somewhere; but let me tell you we didn't even need any of the extra stuff we packed because they provide everything and then some! I wish they had a VRBO every where that we traveled because we would only book their properties! Hands down the best place we have stayed! If you don't book this cottage you are missing out!!!!

Perfect-Cozy, charming,comfortable & felt like home.

We were in town for a track meet at Harding University. Very close to our destination plus the neighborhood WalMart was just blocks away. We were very comfortable there. We enjoyed cooking, grilling and playing games while there. You won’t go wrong staying here. Communication was a breeze. Thank you!

Welcomed rest

This little home is very homey. It feels relaxing and like going to my mom's house: great kitchen with all the tools and gadgets to stay home and prepare meals; back porch and large backyard; and a front porch to enjoy. The small dining room is perfect for intimate dinners and the cozy living room is great for lounging and visiting. We have stayed here twice and plan to attempt to attempt to book each time we find yourself in Searcy, Arkansas.

Memorial Weekend

The property was everything described and pictured. It's a quaint little house with an amazing patio. The host did an excellent job of communicating and it was stocked with everything you would need for you and your pet. The beds and furniture were comfortable and there were plenty of extras to enjoy a family game night. Parking for 3 large vehicles, but driveway is very narrow to turn into. My only complaint was that there was limited available floor space to set up a pack-n-play, dog kennel, etc... Would definitely book it again.

Amazing little Cottage!

Words cannot express how adorable, cozy and comfy this little cottage is. It was the perfect place to stay after driving down from NY to see my daughter and her fiancĂ© who live in Searcy. We were able to host them for dinner and a bbq, hang out in the comfort of the house, or the back deck. We enjoyed slow quiet mornings on the deck with coffee and breakfast, while watching Bluejays and Cardinals fly from tree to tree. The house has all you will ever need, beds are comfy, bathroom is well stocked as is the kitchen. There is nothing lacking in this little cozy cottage. The hosts are amazing, with great communication. We hope to be back soon to this amazing place! Thanks Steven and Mark! You outdid yourselves with the cottage! ❀

Two night stay

This is an older house, well kept and clean and lots of sweet surprising amenities such as coffee beans in the freezer, coffee grinder, French Press, quite a lot of packaged food in the cupboard, which seemed to be there for our use if we had liked. They even had a sparking grape juice and candies sitting out for our enjoyment. May I ask for future guests, to explain where the heating system is in the back bedroom and how to use it and some brighter lighting The only negative I had was for our preference, there were too many furnishing,and too much eclectic decor making it a bit difficult to get around. Communication with the owner was great. I would likely stay there again, but probably without toddlers due to the difficulty getting around. Our purpose for our stay was a place to sleep and to have a kitchen to do a bit of cooking and use of a dining room. The place met our needs in that regard. The bathroom was clean and well furnished. Thank you for opening your place for our use. You were very kind!

Check in was easy. Communication with the host was excellent. The house was older but very clean. The neighborhood felt safe but in need of revitalization. It was filled with comforts and supplies that included anything that I could possibly need plus much much more. The back yard was perfect for dogs. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.
