When you're ready to relax, you'll feel at home in this airy and bright, fully updated, 2-bedroom condo. Designated desk space for those work from home days. Each cozy bedroom has a new memory foam mattress and fresh linens. Master bedroom has a king size bed, patio access, en suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. The secondary bedroom is appointed with a queen bed, plenty of closet storage and courtyard views.

Enjoy coffee or a cold drink on one of two patios, by the pool or viewing Camelback Mountain from quaint Lake Marguerite. We stayed at Marlo's place for the summer while our house was being renovated. It was perfect for my husband and I and our young daughter. Very great location, had everything we needed and Marlo was great to communicate with. Would recommend.

Great condo and location for Mayo Clinic

My brother and I stayed with our Dad while he was receiving treatment from the Mayo Clinic for a month. The place was nicely renovated and was in a great location! There's a nice walking path nearby where you can walk for miles around lakes, golf courses, parks, etc. Can walk to many restaurants, other stores, Pilates studio. Would stay here again.

Perfect stay

Great, clean, well stocked condo in an amazing location right next to Marguerite Lake. We had a wonderful 2 month stay with our small dog. Next to numerous restaurants and walking trails. The host, Marlo, was always available for our questions. Would highly recommend this condo in central Scottsdale

Wow! Scottsdale Gem!!

Great property in an amazing location. Plenty of options within walking distance, and infinite when willing to have a larger radius! Marlo is an AMAZING host! Thanks for a terrific stay in a well-appointed, furnished, and taken care of property that provided supplies above most other places I have stayed. Have no hesitation booking here!!

Home away from home!

We stayed here for 3 months while remodeling our house. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we felt right at home! Marlo made sure the condo had everything. The place is immaculate and so comfortable. Our kids loved their stay and enjoyed the pool. The location was perfect! We had the best time! We called it our Adventure House and we will always remember our time there.

Great condo with everything you need!

Our stay at McCormick Ranch was wonderful! The condo had everything you would need for a short or extended stay. The condo was very clean and the beds/linens were great. Our daughter enjoyed the relaxing pool and the trail right out your door was amazing for walks and bike rides. Our host Marlo was very accommodating and replied to us immediately if we had any questions. We will definitely be back when visiting Arizona!

Loving our stay

Marlo’s unit was absolutely perfect for us. It was well stocked with all the essentials, clean new towels and supplies. We would both highly recommend staying there. The location is superb. Loved biking on the trails. Marlo was always available and very accommodating. She is a gem. We would definitely come back again.

Perfect location!

We love this location in McCormick Ranch. It is steps away from a walking and biking path. A coffee shop, breakfast restaurant, spa and many other restaurants and stores are less then a 10 minute walk. The condo is clean and well supplied. The pool was steps away and never crowded. Marlo was very attentive to all of our questions. We enjoyed our stay there immensely and would stay again.

The location is fantastic, and it is uncommonly roomy with excellent utilization of space. Ultra cozy beds and pillows! The house is well-stocked for long stays. You'll find extra thoughtful details throughout - aromatherapy and a blue tooth speaker for relaxation, insulated picnic basket and bikes.
