Completely renovated! Within a few blocks of downtown bars and restaurants

Whether you’re looking for a little getaway or traveling for work for an extended period of time, this is the perfect spot for you! Located in downtown Boone, IA, just minutes away from Seven Oaks Recreation Ski Resort,  Ledges State Park, and Boone Speedway. The space was completely renovated in 2023 and has everything you will need for a perfect stay. The unit is located in central Boone and within walking distance to several local restaurants.


The unit is about a 10 minute drive to Ames, IA, home of the Iowa State Cyclones. In Ames you will find many activities, restaurants, and if traveling on a weekend, you may even be able to make it to a game!

This place was perfect for my two week stay! The host was very responsive and even shoveled snow for my stay. The place is nice and very quiet. I will stay again when I am in town for work.

This was the perfect clean space for my young family to stay in! Lots of different shops and restaurants nearby and tons of parks nearby for the kids to play at as well. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need and we loved the coffee bar. If we’re ever in need of an overnight stay in Boone again, this would be where I’d book!

What a wonderful spot! This place is well located with shops, restaurants/bars, banks, grocery & hardware aÄșl within walking distance. Parking was safe & close and would love to stay again if we make it back to Boone.

Our Stay

We were very impressed with the property. It took us a few minutes to find the gate but were very hapoy. We enjoyed sitting in the entry way and watching the birds and bats.

Short Stay in Boone!

This is a great place to stay! We were doing the Rail Explorers venture in Boone and this was perfect because it was only 3 minutes away. Host is very timely with responses and the place was so clean and nice. I would definitely recommend.

So cute, had about all you could need. The restaurant across the street had great food. The patio was super cute and it was nice to sit outside. Very clean and updated. Would definitely recommend!!

Fun, and different kind of stay.

Nice rental. Very well furnished. Uptown with access from ally. Some loud construction for a few days next to the access. Occasional loud people in the alley. Convenient for my house-hunting month-long stay.

Nice and quaint, heating issue

Very clean unit and exactly as represented in the listing. We would stay here again. Our only issue was it was cold in the unit when we arrived and it felt like the heat couldn't catch up.

Awesome Home Away from zhone

Was a perfect place for me! I am single older woman. Was so comfortable and felt safe being there alone. Logan and Eric were wonderful. I tried to book again for Sept 18-23, but was already booked. Was bummed😞

Fantastic place

This place is such a surprise. The alley looked so sketchy, but then we opened the patio gates and found a nice spacious outdoor gathering space with lots of seating. The apartment is lovely. It has an open floor plan and amenities such as garbage disposal, dish washer, etc. Both the gate to the patio and the apartment lock so we felt safe there. It was surprisingly quiet and very comfortable. We will try to stay again when we visit Boone. Logan was very responsive to my messages and took care of us.

Secure downtown stay!

Very nicely updated modern apartment. It was quiet & felt safe especially with the double door code security. A blow dryer added would be nice! A bedside lamp would be a great addition for reading! My only concern was the old building smell inside. It was perfect for my stay & enjoyed walking down story street! Thank you!!
