A welcoming and peaceful property on a quiet Waynesville street, this cabin boasts modern conveniences and amenities, while at the same time being a legit, full log cabin with an historic feel. Outside, enjoy the hot tub on the back patio, the balcony front porch, and the large firepit space in the yard. The nicely furnished and very comfortable interior includes a newer HVAC system. Close to Waynesville and Maggie Valley, central to all that WNC has to offer.

My husband and I spent a couple days at this cabin for a baby moon and it was just perfect. We didn’t want to stay directly in Asheville but this was just far enough away to make the drive. The house was the perfect size, with room for more if we would have brought the kids. I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.

Would definitely stay again

Only thing we would’ve liked is a washer/dryer but not enough to complain. House was beautiful and location was amazing. Loved every minute.

a really fun place... I loved the architecure with the log cabin. The hot tub was a real joy and worked well. The kitchen had everything we needed... nice place and nice area.

A Beautiful Time

The cabin was roomy and lovely, and the property managers were very responsive with our questions. The claw foot tub, the king sized bed, and the hot tub all made our stay so comfortable and special. And the gorgeous view didn’t hurt!

Super cozy. Location was perfect. We were spending time with friends and family and didnt want to be in town or all the way out in maggie. This place was perfect and checked all the boxes. Especially the hot tub which we took full advantage of

We had a great stay

Beautiful area. Walking distance to the lake with a beautiful garden and creek nearby. There’s grocery stores within driving distance. The hot tub was an excellent addition, there was a slight issue with the pH but the owners were quick to fix it. We enjoyed every moment.

We rented this cabin for Thanksgiving week, stayed 4 nights. Great place, very comfortable. The fire pit and hot tub were great! The only improvement that needs to be made is the kitchen supplies. Definitely needs new pots and pans, most were old and not many options. Also maybe add a K-Cup coffee machine. Old school coffee pot is cool, but seems like a waste of coffee and not fast enough when you need that cup first thing in the morning! Other then that, we loved the place! We will be back in March!

Rustic and comfortable

We stayed a few nights and enjoyed every bit. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the hot tub was relaxing, and there were absolutely no bugs inside. We had a couple minor questions during the stay, and the host responded quickly with helpful information. Thank you!

Nice neighborhood mountain house

Nice quiet neighborhood close to Maggie valley. Overall very pleased with the house. Cleaning could of been better, and grill outside was in bad shape. Plus side, great hot tub and cold AC units. I would stay here again.

Glad you were pleased overall, and sorry that there were some cleaning deficiencies. That was a newer cleaner we used prior to your back-to-back check-in stay, and I so wish I would’ve had the opportunity to check the property before your arrival. Please know that we strive to make the property spotless between guests. Also, thank you for bringing to our attention the grill. We just ensure it’s clean, and didn’t notice the flame shrouds were rusty. Know that we’ve ordered new ones, and the grill will be squared away next time. :)

The property is great super nice and clean. The cabin is cozy and the hot tub was so nice and relaxing. The only downside was when we booked we thought it was the whole cabin but it was only the second and third levels. Which we made work but we had a family member who has trouble with stairs and this a slight issue. We didn’t find this information out until a few days before we were to arrive. We made everything work out but would have been nice if this information was in the description. Over all it was still an amazing place.
