Excellent Facility Poor Management
My family of 5 picked this luxury apartment for a recent trip to DAR. Check in was 4pm but we arrived at 4:45pm, but the apartment was still being cleaned. We dropped our luggages and left to allow the cleaning to be completed. We returned at 10:30pm only to find numerous live creeping bugs and a coakroach in one of the bedrooms and the hallway. My children freakout. We all spent the night in one bedroom which was bug free. The situation was remedied the next day after we complained to the host the night of the incident. Our booking was for 3 days, on the second wifi was completely exhausted, no wifi was available from the night of day 2. On day 3 morning when we woke up, there was not water supply in the apartment. Check out was 10am we scrambled out of that place before 9am. The host is very responsive when contacted but our 3 days was very much ruined. Kids without wifi is like a hungry lion. I am not one that will easily complains but the lack of attention to the place is too obvious to ignore. The apartment is an excellent apartment within an exceptionally good location. If more attention is paid to maintain standards, the place will be a great vacation spot. Unfortunately ours was ruined. The bug infestation, the no wifi, the no water is enough to destroy any vacation.
