Being part of a secured, gated residential complex (24/7 security), you will be across the best beaches, 5 minutes from the city center with restaurants & bars. Or you could decide to enjoy the shared swimming pool and garden.
Other things to note
We are very close to several places of worship, Mauritius boasts itself with the mix of culture and religions. Being next to the Grand Bay Mosque and one of the Churches, you will encounter the different cultures as five times a day the muezzin calls the faithful to prayer for about 1 minute.
