You enter the garden and then enter the comfortable house that will immediately feel like yours.

Living area
The living area consists of a single room, where you will find a sofa bed (with two seats), smart TV and Netflix subscription included.
There will also be a fully equipped kitchen. Oven, dishwasher, kettle with tea and herbal teas, coffee machine with pods, pots, crockery and all the main kitchen utensils will give you the opportunity to prepare a meal at home, whenever you feel like it.


Sleeping area
There are two bedrooms.
A large double bedroom with bed (160x200cm) and large wardrobe for your personal items. Courtesy light for your night readings. (with the possibility of having a cot for babies, upon communication we will have it ready for you).
The apartment also has a bedroom with a single bed and wardrobe, you will also find a work area with a comfortable workstation for those wishing to do smart working.
Finally, for those wishing to use more beds, you will also have a large sofa bed located in the living room.
You will find everything you need for peaceful nights such as sheets, pillows, blankets and duvet.


Bathroom area
The bathroom has a large shower and washer-dryer. We will leave for you everything you need to travel light: hairdryer, towels, shower towel, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.
The apartment is fully heated and equipped with air conditioning in the living room. All rooms are equipped with large windows which, in addition to allowing daylight to enter, promote excellent ventilation and air exchange.
There is also a powerful Wi-Fi that will satisfy your leisure and work needs (Smart Working).
