Eiðhús Apartments in Vegamót, Snæfellsnes

Our studio apartment is centrally located on the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, so it's a perfect base to explore what Snæfellsnes has to offer. Here are few places we reccomend you visit.
Lýsulaugar an extraordinary geothermal swimming pool, filled with naturally hot mineral water. It is rich in green algae (chlorella) and various minerals and is thought to have a soothing and healing effect on the body. Ytri Tunga, one of the best seal-watching spot in Iceland. Vatnshellir Cave an 8,000-year-old lava cave. There you can join a 50 min tour which is perfect for those who want to experience the unique nature of Iceland and the thrill of exploring an underground cave. Mountain Kirkjufell the most photographed mountain in Iceland is only 35 min drive away. Búðir and Arnarstapi is also nice places to visit. Many hiking routes are in the area and of course Glacier Sæfellsjökull, where you can find Glacier tours to the top.

The Snæfellsnes Glacier can be seen from the House and you can see the Northern lights from the apartment if the weather conditions are right.

We have nice queen size bed (160x200cm) and sleeping sofa that turns into double (140x200cm) bed. Our kitchen has all basic supplies. We have spacious bathroom with shower. W have flat screen TV with all streaming servies, like Netflix etc. Outside we have private parking.

We provide linen, towels and soap etc

We manage over 100 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also outside of Reykjavik.  Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik.  We also offer long term renting.
