Step into this bright and modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, thoughtfully decorated to be your comfortable and stylish home away from home.

🛌 Spacious Master Bedroom: Features two comfortable queen-size beds for a restful night.

🛌 Second Bedroom: Offers another cozy queen-size bed.

🛋️ Comfortable Living Area: A welcoming space with a Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

🍳 Fully Appointed Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals.

🧺 In-Unit Conveniences: Includes a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's excellent amenities.



🏊‍♂️ Pool Access: Enjoy access to our relaxing outdoor pool! Please note that the community requires wristbands for entry. We provide a set of 2 wristbands for $30 USD (please note that 2 is the maximum limit allowed per stay).



⚠️ Important: If a wristband is lost, the charges a $50 USD replacement fee.

Guest Screening: 🚨 For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival.



Noise Policy: ⚠️ To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management.



Parking: Please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.



Pool is not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.



Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not provided.



The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.
