Enjoy a swim in our saltwater pond., sitting on the large terrace with barbecue, relaxing on a bench in an undisturbed place with a view to the entire garden or spending the evening by the bonfire with a starry sky above…
Swimming in the pond - Access to the pond directly from the terrace is mostly appreciated by the kids as a part of their everyday fun, night swimming in the lighted pond is a good basis for a romantic evening.
Full relaxation - Simply take a rest on a sun lounger or on a swing on one of the terraces or in the garden surrounded by greenery, shrubs and flowers, with a good book in one hand and a drink in the other hand.
Activities - The grass area is ideal for outdoor activities, whether you decide to play badminton, football or soccer, croquet, petanque, ping-pong. In addition, you can also shoot from a bow on a straw target or jump on a trampoline. If you need to stay inside because of rain or any other reason, you can also play billiards and electronic darts. All equipment for these sports and games is available.
The cabin is ideal for 4 families.
Bedrooms - 2 x 4-bedded room – each bedroom with 2 double beds at the attic
1x 2-bedded room with a private bathroom with a double bed and the optionally extra sofa bed for additional 2 pers. 1x 2-bedded room with a bed in the attic for 2 people. A double bed in living room – niche separated by a blinds. 2 baby cots available for the youngest residents.
It is also possible to occasionally use the sleeping space for another 6 people in the attic (3x double mattress). Capacity of accommodation is 14 persons in four bedrooms (with the use of a sofa bed for daily sleeping in a room with private bathroom) and a double-bed in a niche of the living room (bedclothes and towels available). Ideal accommodation capacity is 12 persons in 4 bedrooms.
Maximum accommodation capacity is 22 persons with the use of a sofa bed for daily sleeping (in a room with private bathroom), a double-bed in a niche of the living room (bedclothes and towels available) and another 3 double mattresses (without bedclothes, available only by prior arrangement).
Equipment - Fully equipped kitchen – American fridge with freezer and ice maker, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, ground coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, toaster, hand mixer and whisk and complete dining equipment, dishes and kitchen utensils. Pantry, Dining room, Living room with tiled stove including fireplace and hob, oven, comfortable leather sofa bed, bench and TV, Double-bed in a niche of the living room, Bathroom with shower, two sinks and toilet, Hall with shoe cabinet and jacket hangers.
1st floor - 4 bedrooms equipped with SMART TV, Bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet.
Attic - Facilities for children with a large-screen TV for playing and relaxing, three mattresses for 6 people.
Basement as a games room - You will find electric darts and a table tennis table.
Basement also serves as a storage place for sports equipment for outdoor activities – football goals, a ball sports net, balls, rackets, a straw target with a bow and arrows, baking trays and sledges … and also as a bike and ski room with an electric shoe dryer.

Bathrooms - Cabin has 4 bathrooms, while one of the bathrooms is accessible from the outside of the house. Each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.
Garden - The covered terrace with outdoor kitchen including refrigerator and equipped with seatings and barbecue, Private swimming pond, Bonfire with seatings, Trampoline and hot tub.
Heating is secured by electrical floor heating and tiled stove with a solid fuel fireplace.
