Ocean Lakes #1026 - 5BR:3BA in the Holiday Inn Section! Short walk to the beach!

Our beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bath beach home is in the Holiday Inn section in Ocean Lakes Family Campground. The house is conveniently located only steps away from the beach! You may enjoy both lake and beach views from both of our brand new upper and lower trex decks!

Lower Level: Hot/Cold shower, parking for 3 vehicles, and Blackstone grill
Main Level: Open concept main level features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker and Keurig, dining area, family room (with flat screen tv, ceiling fans, and access to deck), stacked washer/dryer, and Queen bedroom with full bath (tub and shower combo)
Upper Level: 3 Queen bedrooms, 1 bunk bedroom (Twin/Full and Twin/Twin), and 2 full baths (tub and shower combo). Two Queen bedrooms have access to the upper deck.

Ocean Lakes Features & Amenities:
-Gated resort with 24-hour security
-Features nearly one mile of beach with 19 access points, giving you plenty of options to find the perfect spot of warm Carolina sand! Along the oceanfront, guests can enjoy two large playgrounds, 4-acre water park (lazy river, large tub slide, mat racer slide, splash zone with kiddie pool), 22,000sf rec area, an Olympic size outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, beach volleyball, workout stations, rec center, basketball, shuffleboard, corn hole, arcade, miniature golf, basketball court, daily scheduled activities in the rec hall (crafts, bingo, arts, and ceramics), snack bars, onsite grocery with gift shop, etc.
-Golf cart rental onsite

House Rules:
-Must be 25 years old to rent and be present during stay
-No smoking or vaping inside
-No house parties (this includes no loud or vulgar music)
-No grilling on deck (DO NOT MOVE GRILL FROM LOWER LEVEL!)
-No pets

-3 vehicle maximum
-Parking pass required. Passes are $15/night per vehicle. Once your booking is confirmed, you may contact Ocean Lakes at (843)238-5636 to register your vehicle(s) for the passes. If purchased prior to 10 days of arrival, price is $12/night per vehicle.
-Golf cart not included
-YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE RENTAL PROPERTY CAUSED BY YOU OR YOUR PARTY DURING YOUR STAY!

The vacation was great! The homeowner had great communication from before the check-in process until after checkout, very comfortable to talk to and answered any questions quickly. The Josie was beautiful and very clean, great location! Definitely hope to stay again soon!

Had plenty of room for my 11 family members, we had a blast, even my 1 year old grandson, who loved crawling up the stairs. Clean place to stay and comfortable. Would stay here again in the future

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean & spacious! Loved all the cute beach decor! Plenty of seating on decks with nice umbrella. Short walk or golf cart ride to beach! Property owner seems very kind & quickly responds.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach. The house was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely plan to return. Lastly, I cannot say enough about how great Kelli, the host was. She was always responsive and friendly. Thanks again!!!

Our family first visited Ocean Lakes over 20 years ago. We all fell in love with Ocean Lakes and everything it has to offer. We finally found a place that has something for everyone! From the beautiful beach, pool, golf carts, riding the strip at night, fishing, and so much more. Only three months after our first Ocean Lakes visit, we purchased 1026. Whether it was a week long vacation or an after school pickup and head to the beach for the weekend, we have so many wonderful family memories at 1026. We love our happy place, and we hope you will too!
