Our beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bath beach home is in the Holiday Inn section in Ocean Lakes Family Campground. The house is conveniently located only steps away from the beach! You may enjoy both lake and beach views from both of our brand new upper and lower trex decks!

Lower Level: Hot/Cold shower, parking for 3 vehicles, and Blackstone grill
Main Level: Open concept main level features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker and Keurig, dining area, family room (with flat screen tv, ceiling fans, and access to deck), stacked washer/dryer, and Queen bedroom with full bath (tub and shower combo)
Upper Level: 3 Queen bedrooms, 1 bunk bedroom (Twin/Full and Twin/Twin), and 2 full baths (tub and shower combo). Two Queen bedrooms have access to the upper deck.

House Rules:
-Must be 25 years old to rent and be present during stay
-No smoking or vaping inside
-No house parties (this includes no loud or vulgar music)
-No grilling on deck (DO NOT MOVE GRILL FROM LOWER LEVEL!)
-No pets

-3 vehicle maximum
-Parking pass required. Passes are $15/night per vehicle. Once your booking is confirmed, you may contact Ocean Lakes at (843)238-5636 to register your vehicle(s) for the passes. If purchased prior to 10 days of arrival, price is $12/night per vehicle.
-Golf cart not included
-YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE RENTAL PROPERTY CAUSED BY YOU OR YOUR PARTY DURING YOUR STAY!
