The Space:
Welcome to The Trifecta on 7th Street, a charming 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom rental located in the heart of Uptown Charlotte’s 1st Ward District. Our cozy townhome features a fully stocked kitchen, private balcony, comfortably furnished rooms, and free enclosed parking. It's just a short stroll to the convention center and Uptown Charlotte's best restaurants, pubs, and entertainment.
*ABOUT OUR SPACE*
• CLEANLINESS: Our space is professionally cleaned before each and every reservation, while many other listings in the city are not. Enjoy staying in a clean and well-cared-for home without worrying about cleanup at check-out; our cleaners will handle it.
• COMMUNICATION: We pride ourselves on a 100% response rate, replying to guest messages within a few minutes, both before and during your stay.
• ARRIVAL: With our 24/7 self-check-in system and free enclosed parking, you can anytime after check-in time, even late at night.
• SAFETY: Our townhome is in a secure apartment community with security cameras, well-lit areas, and an enclosed garage for private parking. We have outside cameras above the street entrance and hallway entrance doors for added security. Note that these cameras have audio recording, but there are no cameras or audio recording devices inside.
• LOCATION: Our location is a walker's paradise, with easy access to most places you’ll want to visit. 7th Street is flat, has ample sidewalk space, and is very bike-friendly. Our townhome is just a 10-minute walk from the Epicentre. With a Walk Score of 83, Transit Score of 81, and Bike Score of 68, you’ll love exploring the area on foot. Enjoy cultural attractions like the Levine Museum of the New South and the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center. Public transportation is convenient with the 7th Street Station on the LYNX Blue Line nearby. • Our listing is well-loved by many travelers. Expect some scuffs on the walls and some worn furniture.

• Being on the 2nd floor, this home is next to a local pub and down the street from a fire station, you might hear some city noise or experience a slight smoke smell from outside.
• This is a residential apartment, not a hotel, so it features self-check-in with no concierge or in-person assistance.
• Our professional cleaning team does their best, but if they miss something, they will return for a free touch-up.
CHECK-IN
• Our townhome is inside the secured building with guest entry through a door using a unique check-in code.
• Check-in time is 5 pm. Early check-in at 3 pm is available for $20 + taxes, if available.
• Guests with cars will need to temporarily park, get a parking pass, park in gated parking, and then check in.
• Use the provided photo, video, and written instructions for check-in or refer to our guidebook.
• Guests must provide a government ID and complete the check-in form before receiving a check-in code.
CLEANLINESS
• This listing is serviced by women and minority-owned independent cleaning businesses in Charlotte, NC.
• If our cleaners miss something, let us know, and we will send them back within 24 hours for a free touch-up.
• Cleaners take real-time and time-stamped photos after each cleaning to ensure quality. We will check our cleaner photos to compare against guest cleanliness concerns, and we request guests provide a photo of the concern so we can verify against our cleaner photos.
• Guests are not expected to clean during check-out; our cleaners will handle it.
COMMUNICATION
• We respond to every guest message within 30 minutes, 24/7. We also have an emergency hotline.

Nice Neighborhood
Overall the stay was great. The neighborhood is very nice and within walking / scooter distance to everything downtown. There are even a couple bar/restaurants right outside the building. If you can get past the security requirements, it's definitely worth stay. On that subject, the host answered EVERY question I had about their check-in processes. I would definitely go back.

Ehh.
The apartment itself was great. Upon first arrival it was VERY apparent that someone had disregarded your no smoking policy. As the apartment was stuffy and smelled of cigarettes.
The guest bathtub does not drain. Taking a shower felt very uncomfortable for that matter..
P.s the noise ordinance is not enforced.

This is a non-smoking property. We also have an air-purifier in the home. Regretfully, this guest did not message us during their stay mentioning any of their concerns. Future guests, please message during your stay if you need anything so we can take care of it for you rather than waiting until after check out to bring up any concerns. Thank you!
