With six spacious bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, The Lodge offers ample space for gatherings with family and friends or simply unwinding in luxurious comfort. Each room is thoughtfully appointed with high-end furnishings and tasteful, nature-inspired decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout.

The heart of the home lies in its expansive living areas, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame breathtaking views of the Texas countryside. Guests can relax in front of the fireplace, recline on the leather sectional, or enjoy a movie on the 85” flat screen TV. Gather around the formal dining table with seating for 12, perfect for shared meals and celebrations.

Culinary enthusiasts will love the gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, abundant counter space, and everything needed to cook and serve delicious meals.

Entertainment is endless: head to the massive game room featuring arcade classics, PS5 and Nintendo Switch consoles, a dartboard, and more. Or step outside to the covered patio, complete with a pool table, shuffleboard, ample seating and a 9-person hot tub.

Of course your house is private but the grounds are shared with our ranch staff and the owners live in the neighboring farmhouse. Nestled beside The Lodge, the rustic Saloon is a charming bonus hangout space featuring a custom poker table, barn-style front window, and cozy seating areas adorned with Western decor and mounted antlers. Perfect for game nights, conversations, or simply enjoying the ambiance with a drink in hand.

Outdoor Cook & Play Setup
Behind the Saloon, guests will find an outdoor culinary station complete with a gas grill, pellet smoker, Blackstone flat-top, and propane deep fryer—ideal for cooking up feasts. Nearby, relax by the fire pit or enjoy classic yard games like cornhole and washers under the big Texas sky.

Optional Add-On: 16-Foot Bell Tent (Sleeps 4–8)
For an unforgettable glamping experience, guests may add on our spacious 16-foot bell tent, which can be reserved unfurnished (sleeps up to 8) or fully furnished with two queen-sized air mattresses, fresh linens, and lantern lighting (sleeps 4). A unique add-on for larger groups or nature lovers—availability depends on our event schedule, so please inquire when booking.

Pool Add-On (Optional)
Looking to cool off or host a poolside hangout? The Farmhouse Pool is available as an optional add-on, subject to availability and event schedule. It's a beautifully maintained space—perfect for relaxing afternoons or even a casual celebration. Please message us in advance if you'd like to reserve it for your group. Additional fees may apply.
