This property is peaceful and I would definitely return. It is a nature haven right on the Chama River and contains every amenity one could image in a riverfront escape.The host and the property manager were exceptionally informative and welcoming.

I am reluctant to tell you how amazing this place is because I want Bill & Lu's place to be available WHEN we return for the third time. The house could not be more comfortable or more beautifully located on the Rio Chama. It is a slice of heaven I carry with me always.

absolutely beautiful property. peace and quiet on the Rio Chama, with a beautiful and well-appointed living space. what better retreat can you ask for? hosts were very communicative and accommodating. you can tell they take a lot of pride in this place--it shows! we hope to come back.

This property was a perfect getaway. The entire property is beautiful- big shade trees all around the front and the landscape in the back along the river. Sitting in the river on a hot day was the perfect way to cool off. The house is well appointed beds were comfortable. Bill and Lu were easy to communicate with. Will definitely find an opportunity to come back.

This was a wonderful spot for a family gathering! Property is clean and well-maintained. Beds are comfy. Situated right on the Chama River with Adirondack chairs out back, it is perfect for early morning coffee and evening stargazing. The kitchen is well-equipped to pull together meals, but the house is close enough to some nice restaurants (Abiquiu Inn, Sierra Negra) for great meals out. Perfect home base to visit Ghost Ranch and Ojo Caliente (don't miss these!). Communication was terrific. The property manager who lived nearby by was available to answer questions and solve small problems. We would definitely book again!

Oh wow, I can't say enough positive things about our experience! Fantastic, kind, thorough and timely communication; absolutely gorgeous home; all the amenities you could possibly want or need during your time away; and a truly special landscape. This is everything you want in southwest rental. It is just the right distance from local attractions, with a peaceful and calm energy that you can't wait to come back to. We'll be staying here for all future trips to the Abiquiu/Santa Fe region.

Beautiful cabin, beautiful location

Wonderful cabin with a relaxed, cozy vibe. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy all the features, but really nice setup for hanging out, including a fire pit and chairs overlooking the river.

We had a great experience! The property was extremely cozy, clean, and absolutely beautiful. We (the owners) brought our employees for a small business retreat and getaway and this property was the perfect fit for us! Highly recommend. Will stay here again!
