Hi Jon, thank you for your review. We wish we would have known about the vents and sauna while you were in the home. We always appreciate the opportunity to address problems during your stay, so we can make sure you have the best vacation possible. Both the sauna and heat vents are fixed and running properly now. For future guests, we are available to help fix any issues you have. Just give us a call. We hope you had a wonderful time in beautiful South Lake Tahoe, Jon!

Thank you for your kind review Chloe! We love hearing that you and your group enjoyed our home and all of amenities, size of the common areas, location and customer service. We are sorry to hear there were a couple qualms during your stay and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We maintain a very high standard of cleanliness and we apologize that you came across some items that were not to your satisfaction. We have reported these items to our cleaning staff to make sure they are fixed for future guests. We will also pass along your feedback on home upgrades to the owners for their consideration.  Please note, for any future trips to Tahoe - our team is available 7 days a week, 9am to 6pm, to assist with any other concerns during the stay. Thank you again Chloe for your review, and we hope to welcome you back to South Lake Tahoe again soon!

Witold, thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the quiet and peaceful location of this home in the Tahoe Keys. We agree that this home is great for families with kids and close to everything in town. As the property managers of this home, we work to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Our homes are professionally cleaned after every guest. It is unfortunate that the housekeepers felt rushed due to your early arrival, and the results were clearly impacted. We ask that our guests that bring a dog make sure to pick up their droppings before departure, as this will result in an extra charge for our time to clean up after your dog. We hope you enjoyed the beauty of South Lake Tahoe.

Robert, thank you for your review. It’s hearing from guests like you that allow us to continuously improve our home. We are glad you found the house suitable for your stay and enjoyed the amazing Tahoe Keys location with accessibility to the beach, pools and walking paths. Thank you for letting us know about the cleaning issues. These certainly did not meet our high standard of cleanliness and we are glad to have been able to rectify the issues immediately. This home’s master bedroom is pretty unique ,given the master bath plus sauna. Many of our guests appreciate the fact that the bedroom is on the ground floor, so they can avoid the stairs. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback and we hope to host you again on your next trip to South Lake Tahoe.

Thank you so much for staying with us and writing the first review for our home. We immediately added more silverware to the home upon reading your review. We were surprised to hear how few knives and forks were in the home. We hope you will stay with us again and if you ever need assistance, call our 24/7 hotline so we can help.

Thank you for the review, Alma. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and the wonderful location of this home. Thank you for the feedback regarding additional seating. We encourage all future guests to look at the home’s photos to decide if the layout will work well for them. There is parking for 3 vehicles, with 1 car in the garage and 2 in the driveway. There is no street parking allowed at any time, which is a local law. Violating the parking could result in hefty fines from the City. If guests need additional parking, they can ask us about offsite parking and tips on carpooling to the home. Thank you again for the feedback and for choosing to stay with us!

Jacqueline, thank you for your review. We’re so glad to hear you loved our home! Thank you for your feedback on the seating arrangement in the upstairs living area, we will certainly pass along your comments to the owners for their consideration. We love that you would like to come back to stay with us! We look forward to hosting you again. Jacqueline!

Lisa, thank you for your thorough review. We are glad to hear you enjoyed this home’s fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, top notch cleanliness, large fenced in yard, and overall spaciousness. Thank you for your feedback on the home. The Tahoe Keys water situation is extremely unfortunate and we apologize again that the hot tub was not available for your stay. The situation with the water, coupled with an extreme drought year in California will continue through the fall of 2021. For future guests, we explain all prices and the steps to purchase your amenity passes in the Welcome Packet sent to you before your stay. The Tahoe Keys is one of the only resort areas in South Lake Tahoe that has both an indoor and outdoor pool with 2 hot tubs (still available during the drought), sand volleyball, basketball, tennis courts, dog park and kids play area, and private beach access. All within 2 blocks of this home. We hope you enjoyed your time in beautiful South Lake Tahoe Lisa.
