Located in Boroughgate house this 2 bed newly re-furnished, never lived in apartment is the perfect place to discover Otley. Within less than a minuteâs walk from the high street, local pubs, restaurants, cafeâs and unique shops, you really couldnât be any more central.

Located on Boroughgate in the centre of the town, only 1-2 minutes walk from the market place and over a dozen cafe's, local pubs and restaurants.
The Apartment itself boasts a huge living space, oak floors with newly carpeted bedrooms which are located at the rear facing side of the building overlooking a quiet courtyard.
The master bedroom has a King Size bed with Smart TV, whist the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a small double bed at the bottom and single on the top allowing for 3 guests where needed.
A fully functioning kitchen, complete with dishwasher, washing machine and utilities.

Unfortunately, given the unique central location of the property there is no direct parking, however there is free parking from 6pm-8am directly outside of the property on both sides of the road then 1 hour stays beyond those times.
There is a 24/7 free car park 6 minutes walk away with 40 spaces at Burras Lane Car park LS21 3HY and paid parking available at several locations with Courthouse Street Car Park 3 minutes walk away with 2 hours free then 40p an hour.
