Our place is a safe, spacious and comfortable 2 bedrooms 1.5 bathroom condo that gives you a cozy feel. It comfortably fits 4 people and is centrally located to Downtown LA, Pasadena, Monterey Park. Walking distance to Restaurants, Theater, Shopping, Golfing & more.. it’s equipped with the basics amenities to enjoy your stay.

The space
The condo is located in a quiet, safe, gated community. There are 2 parking spaces. One parking space is a cover carport and the other one is an open parking space. Completely private, spacious and cozy 2 bedroom space. Each bedroom has a real Queen size bed. We provide towels, linens & pillows. Our kitchen is equipped with the basics. Coffee maker, toaster, blender, pans, utensils, etc.
In the LR you will find a 46” Samsung flat screen TV with an Apple TV device with streaming access to Netflix, Amazon, Paramount +HBO and other apps to download which to can enjoy with your own subscriptions.
There is a coin operated community laundry room on premises for your convenience.
Guest access
You have access to the entire condo. Not sharing with anyone.
Other things to note
Keys need to be picked up in another location very close to the condo. Address is display once booking is confirmed.
