Il y a beaucoup de bonnes choses à énumérer sur le condo. S'il vous plaît, faites d'abord défiler vers le bas pour voir les images qui valent mille mots ... Soyez assuré que votre famille et vos amis séjourneront dans un condo très propre et très bien aménagé avec de nombreux équipements fantastiques.

La décoration et l'ameublement sont tous très agréables et confortables! Vous apprécierez le système Home Cinéma et le salon confortable.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée et le gril à gaz attend votre barbecue!

Vous adorerez vous asseoir sur la grande terrasse grillagée qui offre une vue magnifique sur l'une des piscines complexes, le lac et le parc d'État serein juste en face de l'eau.

La spacieuse suite principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bain privée avec baignoire / douche. Les deuxième et troisième chambres offrent des lits queen size confortables, des ventilateurs de plafond et des téléviseurs avec magnétoscope et lecteurs DVD.

Arrivée 15h00, départ 11h00 sauf accord contraire.


BATEAUX: Notre slip de 12 x 30 pieds est à proximité et disponible sur demande. De plus grands feuillets sont également disponibles. Le parc d'État est à une courte distance en voiture et propose de très belles installations de rampe ainsi qu'un parking à court ou à long terme pour votre bateau ou votre remorque de motomarine. Au bord de l'eau, vous serez sur le marqueur de 2 milles du bras de Grand Glaize près du pont de Grand Glaize! Le pont est au large des 19 mm du chenal principal du lac.

WEEK-END POUR FEMMES: Tous les magasins au bord du lac sont à proximité! Le lac des Ozarks abrite le Factory Outlet Village, le plus grand centre commercial de l'État avec plus de 110 magasins d'usine directs. Ces magasins regorgent de produits de marque célèbre à des prix qui surprendront même les chasseurs de bonnes affaires les plus expérimentés ... 25 à 70% d'économies. A family favorite for years to come!

Staying at various Condos on the lake, this unit, by far is above and beyond the rest! It was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of room for everyone throughout! Was a short walk to the boat dock and swimming pool. We especially loved the quiet cove. We will definatly stay again next year!

The property was overall an excellent place! The location of our family was in the towers so it was a bit of a pain to get to them due to have to drive instead of walking the path due to gates be locked.

Extended Family Vacation

Parkview Condos were a great place to experience our family vacation. Our family rented 4 condos in total. We were close to each other and everything that we wanted to do. Our condo in particular was very clean and spacious. It was perfect for the 4 of us. I really appreciated the parking lot level entry. Would definitely rent again!

When we arrived, it was apparent the master shower had not been cleaned. Contacted Jason. He immediately sent out the cleaning company. Appreciated quick response on his part. The rest of the rental was clean and spacious. We enjoyed multiple meals on the big deck. The pool we used was quite close to the condo. There was plenty of room to fish as well. The only thing that made it feel a little dated was the older TVs that used cable. We are accustomed to using smart TVs when traveling. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Everything we were looking for

This condo served us perfectly for our quick getaway to the Ozarks -- we only stayed 3 nights, but well worth it for this place. Clean, spacious, comfortable -- all the amenities we needed, and in good working order. Great location, rented a pontoon just a few minutes down the road. We loved the big balcony and the fact that the unit was walk-in level. A short walk to the very nice pool, well-kept grounds. Location is great, short drives to lots of fun places. Jason is a great communicator and we will recommend to our friends!

2nd year staying at this property! Close to everything we wanted to do. Condo was perfect for us. Had issues with grill! Couldn’t use. We do feel the condo could use some updated appliances. Wasn’t a fan.

Property was nice however a few things that keep it from being great. The dryer kept shutting off and took forever to heat up. Also tv in master did not work as well as the master shower had very little water pressure and it did not drain properly. The beds were uncomfortable. Coffee pot took forever to brew. Rented a boat slip and the design of our boat dock in comparison to where our condo was located seemed awkward( having to walk through the pool area). Overall our purpose for this stay was for the boat shootout and the location was great. So if just a few little things were corrected we would definitely try again as a rental. Also very convenient to Walmart.

Thanks for your review, Susan. The TV works as it should. Someone took the cable box into another room. I certainly wish you'd have called me sooner to sort out the issues. You'll recall that once you (or someone in your group did) you recognized that you did not follow the instructions in our rental agreement to open the water valves when you arrived and that was the reason the water pressure was light. You had opened the water main and closed the hot water which was already open. The owners boat slip is in one of the nearest docks to the condo - and yes the walking path does go through the pool. There isn't much we can do about that. I'll pick up a new coffee maker! Thanks again!

Great location, needs better cleaning crew

We've stayed in the Parkview Bay condo complex for over 20 years, and we love the location, the view, and the quiet compared to other areas of the lake. We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the condo. The condition of the pools was also disappointing, since they were maintained much better in past years. There were big hairballs in the pool, and the water was cloudy. I contacted the property manager and then they finally cleaned the pools.

We would stay again. Our only complaint was the mattress in the two bedrooms not the master were a bit uncomfortable but we survived would go back. Loved that it was a walk in no steps.
