All bedrooms include their own SMART TV and walk-in closet. Make use of our neighborhood pickle ball courts (equipment stored in the garage) and a resort style pool and lazy river, 2 hot tubs, 30 ft twirly slide, and splash pad.
The community pool features an incredible twirly slide that will keep your guests entertained all day. The large pool is a beach-entry style perfect for toddlers and is also surrounded by a lazy river, 2 large hot tubs, and a splash pad. The pool area has outdoor shower and bathrooms and is ADA compliant. With countless amenities, gorgeous design, and perfect location, this vacation rental is sure to be a favorite destination for years to come!

Just off the living room is the outdoor patio with seating for the entire family and an additional full-sized outdoor dining table. The backyard is peaceful and quiet due to the natural landscape and hills that provide an extremely private ambiance making it perfect to enjoy the beautiful weather that Southern Utah offers.
Enjoy quick freeway access while maintaining privacy with beautiful desert views. The rental is just a few miles away from Quail Creek State Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, or Snow Canyon, and a 45 minutes drive to Zion National Park. All of which offer countless day trip activities such as: climbing, hiking, swimming, boating, fishing, paddle boarding, etc.
The community features quick and easy access to Tuacahn Amphitheater, downtown St. George, golf courses, and many hiking and biking trails and parks.
Church Rocks Loop, Prospector, Dino Cliffs, and the Virgin River Bike Trail are all close enough to access via bike from the garage. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain trails are just a short drive away.
HOME LAYOUT: The home is tastefully decorated and features a single floor open concept which is perfect to spend time together with friends and family.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a beautiful island and full-sized dining room table. It opens to the living room that showcases a large sectional sofa, queen pullout sofa, and 65" Smart TV.
Just off the living room is the outdoor patio with gas grill, lounge seating for the entire family that over looks the beautiful southern Utah landscape. The patio also features a large hot tub with a 55" outdoor TV.
The master bedroom has a large king bed with a work desk and its own 55" SMART TV. The master bath features a walk in closet, 2-sink vanity, and a large walk in tile shower with a separate soaking tub.
The second master suite is furnished with a king bed and offers an ensuite full sized bathroom to provide comfort and privacy for multiple families or couples. It's also furnished with a full sized walk-in closet and a 55" SMART TV.
Just off the entry is an additional queen bedroom furnished with it's own and 50" SMART TV.
The final bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over twin bunk bed and another 50" SMART TV. It shares access to a full-sized bathroom with the queen bedroom.
There is a large laundry room, complete with pool towels, an ironing board, and cleaning supplies for guest use.
The home also has a full sized enclosed 2 car garage that includes an EV charger and bike storage racks.

Guests are allowed to access all parts of the home with peace, privacy, and comfort. This includes all rooms, bathrooms, patio, garage, and hot tub.
The host allows total privacy while staying at the unit but is just a phone call away to help with any questions or issues. The rental offers keyless entry and flexibility of check in times anytime after 4:00 PM.
The gorgeous community of Paseos sits nestled behind the scenic hill with close freeway access while maintaining privacy with beautiful desert views! Paseos is a very new community and some construction is ongoing. However, construction will not negatively affect your trip. HOUSE AND COMMUNITY RULES Below are a few rules and guidelines we ask all our guests to follow in order to maintain a comfortable environment for you and for others in the community.
Cleanliness Please remove shoes while in the home and keep food and drink items in the kitchen and off the carpeted areas. Also, please be respectful to the furniture and the provided house items by only using them for their intended purpose.
Pets No pets of any kind are allowed in the house or the garage.
Shoes and Drink Please respect the house by removing shoes while in the house. Food and drink are also prohibited on carpeted areas.
Patio Area Please store the patio furniture covers in the proper storage container found on the patio. Please clean the BBQ grill grate after each use while still hot and do not put the BBQ cover back on the grill while it’s still hot.
Parking Parking on the street is PROHIBITED. Please make sure that all vehicles are parked in the garage or on the driveway.
Smoking All smoking is prohibited inside and around the home.
Noise We want all our guests to enjoy their stay. However, we ask that our guests be courteous to the neighbors by keeping the noise at a reasonable level. Especially during quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Great for large family stay!
House was clean, and well stocked. Location is close to freeway exit, and in quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and private hot tub is a huge plus. Plenty of room for everyone, would stay again.
