Fantastic location!

My husband and I were here for Easter weekend and had such a wonderful time. So close to wonderful restaurants, all within walking distance. We even walked up on an Easter Parade. We’ll be back for sure!

Was not in the room much, but it was perfect for what we needed. Clean, and well equipped!

Good place

Nice clean place to stay on the outside dingy and scary outside at night but you’re smack in the middle of everything close to bars restaurants and really close to bourbon street if that’s what you are there for.

Tiny efficientcy for sure. Clean enough and served it's purpose. Could use more light, softer bed and some minor maintenance. Location was great. Host was great. No regrets.

New Orleans

The trip was perfect. Lloyd was very attentive and was available for anything that came about. The batteries in the remote were dead and when asked if there were any spare in the room, he made a trip at night get us the batteries. There was an issue with the front door and he responded out right away to fix it. I wouldnt Choose another place to stay. It was perfect for our needs and recommend to anyone to stay there!

Amazing location and apartment

The apartment is fairly quiet from street noise. There is a humm from the air conditioning unit, however that didn’t bother me. There is a fridge. So close to everything you want from the French quarter. Very flexible with check in and out. The room is small. However you should be spending most of the time out on the streets anyway. Would definitely stay again if I wanted to stay in the French quarter.

Loud mechanicals

We all love the Quarter for its liveliness. The parades, the cheers. I didn’t hear any of that. All I heard was an incredibly loud industrial air conditioner just adjacent to the room. The entire apartment vibrated and shook as the building’s (???) industrial-sized unit powered on and off intermittently through all hours of the night. The window in the photo of the listing does not look outside, rather it looks out to the venting of the industrial air conditioner. No natural lighting, and wild ambient noise made this stay pretty difficult. These accommodations matched my budget. However, I was delayed in getting into the property on the last night of my stay due to a fatal shooting on the block.
