You will have the barn to yourself. We have a home set on the same property, but the properties are separate and have separate fire pits. For your safety, please note that during the winter months when there is snow and/or ice on the ground, it is required to have a 4-wheel or all-wheel-drive vehicle for accessing the property.

House Rules:

***Note: No Smoking inside and outside of the property. $250 Penalty Fee for Smoking at the property, plus any cleaning/treatment needed to get rid of the smell.
***Note: No Pets allowed inside of the property. $500 Penalty Fee plus all costs to clean/restore the accommodations if unauthorized pet is found in the property.
***Note: This property is monitored via outside cameras.
***Note: You're required to review and sign the Rental Property Agreement, upload license and provide a $500 refundable "hold" on a credit card via a secure portal called Owner Reservation System. Failure to comply can result to the cancellation of reservation.
