Modern Studio with King Bed and Queen Sofa Sleeper In Central Baton Rouge

Our modern studio suites feature king size bed with a queen sleeper sofa and a 58 inch smart TV. Centrally located in Baton Rouge and our property features gigabit high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry, and fitness center.

We are located approximately 10 minutes from LSU store and fast food restaurants within walking distance.

We have a large park area and our property is over 2 acres in size. We have barbecue grills and picnic tables for our guests. We also have electric scooter rentals on site.

I think this is a scam and VRBO should remove them. We showed up in the pouring rain and entrances were blocked off. I had messaged the host earlier in the day for a possible early check in but no response. We stayed at the Marriott and paid for both places. Not ok.

DO NOT STAY

The photos show a clean vacation spot and the place is a dump. Bug infested throughout the room. Sheets were stained and just not a place that should be listed for visitors.

Did not get a room as described. From 1 king bed in a bedroom and a queen pull out to 2 double beds. Room was dirty and smelled of mold. Could not turn the tv on. Cars in parking lot playing loud music. We drove to our venue went back, loaded the car, and left. I have some photos if you want them.

Dirty and broken

The room had brown marks on the sheets( which apparently had not been changed) white stains on the sofa. Pubes/beard hairs whatever the case is on the bathroom floor/baseboards. There was a failed attempt to patch a hole in the bathtub. The head board wobbles back and forth looking as though it would fall onto the mattress. A leg for the bed was missing. Seems as though there are people living downstairs as they had set up a table and speakers right outside their door. Several U-Haul trucks and sketchy vehicles around the parking lot and several people walking in the area
