À PROPOS DE LA VILLA REED

La Villa Reed bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel. C'est une propriété au premier rang, à quelques mÚtres de la mer dans le petit village de Pisak. Pisak est situé entre Split et Makarska, en Dalmatie centrale. Il est connu pour ses belles plages et sa mer incroyablement claire.

La maison est rĂ©partie sur plusieurs niveaux sur 400 mĂštres carrĂ©s. Il dispose de 6 chambres trĂšs spacieuses, de 5 Âœ salles de bains, d'une cuisine / salon ouverte, avec une terrasse donnant sur la mer et les Ăźles de Brac et Hvar. Les vues sont spectaculaires. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. Une cuisine / salle d'eau extĂ©rieure, une douche et un espace barbecue sont Ă©galement disponibles. La maison peut accueillir 12 personnes trĂšs confortablement.

Nos clients peuvent profiter de belles plages propres et de l'environnement paisible d'un petit village. Le village a un magasin, une boulangerie, deux restaurants, un café et un stand de crÚme glacée. Nous vous recommandons de visiter la ville antique de Split (à 30 km), le rafting sur la riviÚre Cetina et les visites de la ville pittoresque d'Omis, le parc national de Biokovo, le sanctuaire catholique de Medjugorje (à 1 heure)


La maison dispose d'une connexion Internet sans fil, d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision et de la climatisation. Un garage est disponible pour quatre voitures. Il y a un ensemble de marches menant Ă  la maison depuis le garage. Si nĂ©cessaire, le transport depuis l'aĂ©roport peut ĂȘtre organisĂ©. Sur demande, nous proposons Ă©galement des repas maison pour une expĂ©rience de vacances vraiment sans soucis.

Great Croatia escape

My family and I had a fantastic time at Villa Reed. It's a great place for a quiet seaside vacation -- just steps above the beach, easy walk into town, and a very comfortable house to relax in. Plenty of activities within a short distance, including scuba, snorkeling and jetskiing, and it's ideally located for rafting or canyoning on the Cetina river. Hope we can come visit again!

We had a great time at this gorgeous place. The house is clean, spacious and well stocked and sited at a lovely beach with a wonderful view over the Adriatic. For a family of 5 it was great to spend our holiday in Pisak with space for even more members. The communication with family Reed was unparalleled. 10/10 stars! Huge recommendation.

Perfect family location

This is a great place to be as a family. The house is directly at the sea and it takes only a 50m walk down the stairs to get to the beach with perfect clear water. From the patio one has a wonderful view at the sea. We stayed here with our family of 7 and had a great time. The house is perfect for a large family and was exactly as described and in perfect shape (clean). Checkin and checkout was easy and smooth. The owners were fast in in responding to questions, friendly and really helpful. We can highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking forward to a wonderful vacation at the sea.

Little paradise on the Adriatic

Pisak is a peaceful village clung right on the cliffside. We forgot our car and used the multiples stairs, each one being a priviledged access to the sea. Villa Reed is a spacious and comfortable house, with breathtaking views from everywhere, balconies in each room, and the sea a few steps away from the terrace
 a magical and quiet place, ideal to relax watching the turquoise waters of the Adriatic, not more than an hour away from Split airport. Thanks a lot to Ankica and Jeffrey for their warm hospitality, we’d love to come back again.

Perfect hideaway

We went to this beautiful house with a huge group of our family. In total we were 14 persons and what we found in Pisak was more than we could have had accepted. It is more than spacious, the view is in incredible and each morning was a perfect start with this view. The house itself is beautifully decorated with lovely details. We felt very comfortable in this whole scenery . the house, the atmosphere and the are of the small village Pisak fit together perfectly. Ankica is a absolutely wonderful host and she answered all my questions in advance in a very friendly and patient way. We definitely will be back! Best Nadja and family

Best holiday ever!

The pictures does not discribe the actual size and value of the property. It is really in execellent condition and very very clean. Very well equipped. You will even find such a tiny extras like toilet papers, dishwash liquid, carbage bags etc, you do not have to worry of such a things on your arrival. Everything you need is there. The owner does not count every person, it is said that the villa is for 12 people. We were 15 people (4 families with children) and there was plenty of space. Every room has a private balcony with fabulous sea view. The village is in excellent location, very lovley small village, very good restaurant downstairs. not too crowded. The beach is just a few steps, villa is in the front row. Really, you will get much more of what yoa are promised to receive. We will defentiley go back and recommend this great villa to everybody who is looking the accomodation in croatia. The only thing you need to be awear of, that there is plenty of steps in the village and in the villa. The garage is upstairs and villa downstairs. At least 100 steps between them. But this is not a problem, even with a babys and baby trolleys. You don't need a car in a village. Wifi is perfect, every room has air conditioner, the owners are very helpful. And last, but not least - side-by -side fridge with icecubes in just one button push :-). Highly recommended.

Amazing Views, Amazing Hospitality, Amazing Owners

Wow! What can I say? This was hands-down one of the best vacations I have ever taken, all made possible because of the owners of this amazing gem directly on the Adriatic Sea. I traveled with 6 other ladies ages ranging from 48-56 years old. We spent a total of 2.5 weeks exploring Croatia and had the privilege of renting this luxury home in Pisak for one week. All I can say is...one week is too short to experience the beauty of this wonderful little town. Thank you Ankica and Jeff for making our dreams come true and the attention to every detail. I truly think there is nothing that these owners cannot do for their guests. I cannot say enough warm and kind words to describe the people in this town and its surroundings. The owners arranged a beautiful Croatian meal on our arrival along with a masseuse to start our first night in pure bliss. They arranged a huge yacht and captain to escort us in and around the island of Brac for the day and top the day off with dinner in a cove where we had the best fresh fish prepared for us. They arranged an amazing hiking tour to Biokovo National Park. They escorted/arranged for us a tour of Medjugorje and Mostar, Bosnia. Most of all, we loved waking up to the most beautiful views, the sleepy vibe of the quaint town of Pisak, hanging out on the large terrace talking, laughing, and watching the world go by. All 7 of us agreed that we were very lucky to find this house and find Ankica and Jeff, owners that love to have their guests feel welcome and loved. We traveled all over Istria and the Dalmatian coast, but the week we spent in Pisak was definitely the highlight. We will be back for sure. Thanks for making us feel so special and treating us with love and kindness.!

Our Perfect Family Getaway!!!

An absolutely wonderful vacation in beautiful Pisak, Croatia! We were a group of 4+ families (15 people) who had such a great time while staying in this picture-perfect home, located just 3 minutes from the beach. The property had everything we could possibly need and then some! Jeff and Ankica were very kind and welcoming from the minute we made first contact, throughout the whole week, to exchanging hugs goodbye the day we left. Just say the word and they will happily hook you up with rafting, boating, jet-skiing, swimming, eating, and drinking! Words cannot describe how happy we were staying here - a place you could live in forever! We will definitely be back to visit again. Highly recommend!!! :-)

Perfect vacation house

From the second we walked in the door the we were breathtaken by this place. The friendliness of the owners are heartwarming and the location and quality of the house and the apartments are flawless. We had all meals included in our stay, by the way everything home-cooked, and the food was superb. I can only give our warmest recommendations to anyone looking for a dreamlike vacation! Perfect holiday. Best location on the coast.

We were blown away by the property and the location of the villa. The property is renovated in a modern, high-quality style and the owners do a great job keeping the place nice and clean. We quickly felt like we had a new home away from home. We were excited to visit based on the photos, but we were even more blown away to see this place in person. Easily the most beautiful, peaceful, magical place we've ever visited. We drove the entire coast of Croatia and didn't see another place we would have rather stayed. We also fell in love with Pisak. It's the perfect sized town for us as it had a grocery store, a couple restaurants, and a pub. We had a car so we spent a few days traveling to nearby towns with more activities, but we were completely happy spending most of our days relaxing on the beach and reclining on the huge patio, sipping wine. Jeff and Ankica are fantastic hosts and went way above and beyond in their hospitality. When you are there, you are family. This property is perfect for a large family as there are several large spaces for getting everyone together for meals. But there are also several separate areas for more privacy. The value is absolutely amazing considering how much space you get and the PRIME location, basically right next to the water. We 100% recommend the villa. We will be back!

ABOUT PISAK
Pisak is a small, historic fisherman's port turned tourist town that rests on the side of Mosor Mountain in Spilt-Dalmatia county. It is a quiet and peaceful city of three-hundred residents, famous for it's sunny summer days and pristine pebble / sand beaches. The climate in Pisak is especially beautiful and perfect for sunbathing between May and October.

THE BEACH
Experience the clear, Mediterranean-blue water of the Adriatic from the beautiful beach at Pisak. This particular stretch of the Omis Riviera is tucked inside a bay and features some of the cleanest and clearest waters on the Dalmatian coast. Nestled between mainland Croatia and the Island of Brac, this waterway has never been used for commercial shipping and remains pristine and unspoiled. The beach is especially good for families and small children as the beach slopes gradually from shallow to deep. Visitors can rent boats or enjoy water-sports like diving, snorkeling, sailing and surfing in this unspoiled haven, or simply relax in the sun.

FOOD & DRINK
Enjoy traditionally prepared local dishes at one of the several restaurants within walking distance from the house. Or prepare your own food in the full kitchen or outdoor grilling area at Villa Reed. Cool off in the afternoon with drinks or ice cream at the Pelegrin Pub which overlooks a small harbor and boat dock. Pisak also has a small grocery store where you can find an assortment of fresh meat and vegetables to prepare at home, also a short walk from the house.
