Cozy, comfortable, and ideally located in the heart of Copper Mountain Resort, this ski-in/out Center Village studio is a wonderful escape for skiers, hikers, and mountain bikers alike. Within a matter of steps, find the American Eagle and American Flyer Lifts, the Rocky Mountain Coaster, and a great assortment of restaurants, gear shops, and apres-ski spots.

This studio sits on the (elevator-accessible) third floor of its building, with grounds that include a community hot tub, sauna, and fitness center. There are also laundry facilities - conveniently located on the third floor as well - for your snowy or dusty clothes.

The interior makes smart use of its space, treating you to the warm and inviting atmosphere you seek in the Rocky Mountains. On winter afternoons, curl up on the soft sofa, warm your toes by the fireplace, and watch a favorite movie on cable or streaming services. Come summer, swing open the glass door and breathe in the fresh alpine air on your balcony. You'll have a kitchen with all the essentials, a dining table for at-home meals, and two sleeping spaces - a Murphy bed and a sleeper sofa - in the main living area. Complimentary WiFi is provided for your convenience as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Key Pickup & Parking Information: Guests must pick up their keys at the Copper Vacasa office located at 189 Ten Mile Cir #109, Frisco, CO 80443. Free parking is available for key pick-up after 2 PM in the Ten Mile Circle garage and the Chapel lot for your convenience.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
