Lived in Waikiki when I was 19. fell in love with Makaha, the West side, the real local area. The beauty in surroundings and also in people. Meet people there and talk story with them. You know why I chose the place.

I renovated it pretty much all by myself, so it's just the way I like it. Just enough stuff that you need, nothing less, nothing more.
Whale watching from your balcony, the constant breeze and the sound of waves, the view. The gorgeous sunset is something you never get tired of. The trail head to the tallest mountain in Oahu is close by.
Many books about Makaha and Hawaii on the shelf for you to enjoy.
