Lovely neighbourhood - close to shops and restaurants. Clean modern place. We were a party of 6 adults and kitchen and common room were large enough to accommodate us. Parking avail at the rear of the property.

The location was fantastic to meet all of our logistical requirements. The house was very recently renovated with a large suite with all of the latest and efficient appliances including air conditioning & power air filtration and very nicely equipped bathrooms with heated toilet seats & rain showers. Bedding & towels were first rate with 3 comfortable queen beds.Daljeet (host) was very quick to respond & accommodate our queries. Would highly recommend.

Safe & pleasant stay

I stayed here with my parents and a family friend for a convention my dad was attending. The neighborhood felt very safe and there was ample street parking. It’s quiet in the evening but plenty of friendly people walking around in the day. The home was perfect size for the 4 of us. Check in was quick and easy. Would stay again and would highly recommend to others!

Improvements Would be Helpful

Home is roomy. Me & my 3 teens didn't feel crowded. The neighborhood was great, close to grocery, restaurants, public transport, liquor store with a good wine selection, & a nice walk to Granville Public Market. Unfortunately, the wonderful fresh food you might bring back for family cooking would be a challenge to prepare. Could be a terrific kitchen but extreme on minimally set up to actually cook. Unnecessary security cameras & heated toilet seat but not a single spatula, mixing bowl or strainer and two people can't cut up anything at the same time -- just missing lots of basics. In fact, house sparsely supplied overall; not an extra pillow, towel, blanket, or paper towel. After dealing with the owner day one (getting the access information was like pulling teeth at the home was not ready at the promised check-in time), I didn't feel it would be a positive experience to reach out again, so we just worked with the situation. Interior lighting is also weirdly and surgically bright! Not a horrible experience, just unnecessarily frustrating, inconvenient and a bit odd -- more like a hotel than a typical house rental but without the attentive staff of a hotel. We like to find spots we can return to but this isn't one. Maybe fine for some adults, those who really don't expect to use a kitchen, and who will just have short stays.

Wonderful stay

We chose this location as it was close to VGH and we had a family member in the hospital. Everything about ourbstay was fantastic. The house is beautiful, so clean and had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The owners were very friendly. We definitely recommend staying here and will be back.

Beautiful home, walking distance to VGH

My family stayed at this home to be close to VGH. The host was welcoming and quick to provide answers when needed.The home is beautiful and new inside. It provided a comfortable stay for my family.

Interior was beyond expectations, great quality. Kitchen is fantastic. It’s the back half of a house but both floors and 3BR. Location is best with a car but King Edward train is walkable.
