This three-bed, one-bath 1950’s cottage sits adjacent to the Cameron-McCauley Historic District toward the west end of Franklin Street in a city neighborhood. Though quaint, you have everything you need! Along with area attractions you’ll find a bustling local population including residents and UNC students coming and going from classes. There are two bike paths that cross directly into the neighborhood. If you have your bike, you’re in luck. Or simply take advantage of the paths for walking! Chapel Hill is nicknamed, “Southern Part of Heaven''. It is home to the UNC Chapel Hill Tar Heels, the first state university, established in 1793. We hope you enjoy the updates we’ve made.
