Living Room: Comfortable furnishings including sofa seating and two reclining chairs invite you to unwind and enjoy the 60” Smart TV or electric fireplace. Access to the back deck offers a serene spot to soak in the views.



Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances, including a 5-burner gas stove, and is stocked with everything needed to prepare a full meal. The island seating for two provides a casual dining option.



Dining Area: A breakfast nook off the kitchen offers seating for 4 with stunning red rock views. The separate formal dining area provides seating for 8 and offers access to the back deck for outdoor dining.

Master Bedroom (Main Level) - King bed, 50” smart TV, desk space, and walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom offers two separate vanities, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower.
