The property was excellent for three couples with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with adequate dishes, bowls and pans. The host was communicative on all aspects and readily available for any needs.

Great location and very comfortable accommodation!

The location is perfect for walking to breakfast, to the beach, to the Funk Zone, downtown state street, and more. Very spacious condo and well equipped kitchen too. Is perfect for families or retreats.

Perfect for family vacation

Beautiful property and perfect spot for our family trip. The three bedrooms and three baths were great for our adult children. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked. We also loved that we could walk to restaurants, shopping and to Sterns Wharf.

A great spot for a family affair

Fantastic location in Santa Barbara to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, Funk Zone. Comfortable, spacious, great kitchen and living space for dinners and gatherings. Beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet at night. A fantastic stay.
