Guest Access:

Please note that the guest access into the home is via a code given for a touch pad on the dead bolt of the door.

Additional accommodations await on both levels, including well-appointed guest bedrooms with plush bedding and modern amenities. Ascend to the upstairs master suite, featuring a king bed and an indulgent en-suite bath with a spacious shower. The guest cottage offers its own haven of comfort, with a main-level master bedroom, secret garden area, and an upstairs guest room with its own private bath. For added flexibility, the loft features two daybeds with trundles, ensuring ample sleeping space for all guests.

Other Things to Note:

• Please watch your step going from the living to the pool table room near the fireplace. There is one step down.

• TRASH PICKUP IS THURSDAY PLACE CANS BY THE MAILBOX AT THE CURB WEDNESDAY NIGHT or on your checkout day.

• Do not leave the dock light on past 9 pm. The switch is on the right post as you enter the dock.



• Property treated for pests. Lakes provide habitat for a variety of creatures. The owner is not responsible for wildlife or insects.

• Guests using motorized water toys must adhere to Lake Murray's NO WAKE zones. Close to the docks is a NO WAKE ZONE. If you want to boat, tube or jet ski, please go into bigger water.

• Children must be supervised by an adult when on the dock, swimming, or using any water toys as needed.

• We hope you'll enjoy the water toys (kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, paddle boats) during your stay. We kindly ask that after use, please carry the equipment back to the designated area against the house. Please avoid dragging them across the grass, concrete, or stones to help keep everything in good condition.



• To provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, primary guests must be at least 25 years old to book accommodations with us.

• As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and PMI Palmetto will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.

• Before checking in, primary/main guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure you are well-informed of our property rental terms and conditions.
